Drain Terrier came to my home after another company was unable to clear a clog (that ultimately resulted in a destructive sewage backup). Nick successfully figured out how to clear the drain and was very friendly and communicative. Will definitely use them again!

Nick and Craig did an excellent job detecting and fixing a leaking shower pipe in my home. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient getting it all fixed and cleaned up. Highly recommend Drain Terrier for all plumbing needs!

Benjamin did a great job replacing our sump pump and old pvc drain system. He was very thorough, answered all of our questions, and prompt. Kris & Jesse were both freaking amazing! They were very professional and communicated with me through the whole process because I have no clue about plumbing. They identified the issue and fixed it efficiently with very little damage to our dry wall. I'm beyond impressed with their skills, work ethics, and friendliness! Drain Terrier was excellent to work with. They came out the same day I called. They sent text reminders and when they were running late, they messaged to let us know. We are moving and needed verification we did not have a leak, both the techs were knowledgeable, helpful and honest

Thankfully there's still an honest quality reputable plumbing company available to consumers. Drain Terrier, specifically Nick, did an outstanding job today. Same day quote and repair the next day. Serious pipe repair in my crawl space received an A+ .Prompt courteous and knowledgeable. Will definitely use Drain Terrier, especially Nick again.

Benjamin did high-quality work in replacing our bathroom faucet, which was in cramped quarters.

We first met to troubleshoot a couple issues we were having, and we agreed the best course of action was to replace the faucet. We picked it out ourselves, then Benjamin came back to install in a different day, and applied the service call fee towards the labor, which was a nice courtesy.

He explained everything before starting the work, and reviewed the cost so there were no surprises. The work was completed quickly, and all our issues were solved.

This was the second time using drain terrier, and we'd use them again in the future.

Drain Terrier is a top notch plumbing company with very fair pricing. Our plumber Nick was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain why our sewage backup happened and fixed the problem quickly. Hot water heater went out Friday night, had a technician on sight Saturday morning at 8:30. Job was completed by 11:00. Technicians were friendly and efficient. Communication was excellent through out the entire process.
As a bonus, no extra up-charge for weekend work.

Drain Terrier came out in the past, and we had a great experience with them back then. Glad we called them again for the repair they just did.

Called them first thing in the morning for a clogged kitchen sink. They were able to get me in the same day around lunch. I got an update about an hour before then a text that they were on the way. Two people showed up I explained our situation and they jumped right to it. They were fast friendly and professional. They asked if anything else needed attention. Gave us a quick price on an additional project for the future. I could not recommend them enough.

I was able to get an appt same day. Ben showed up on the early end of the appt window which was great. He was very professional and diagnosed the issue promptly. He fixed the clog in my kitchen line and my floor drain works perfectly now. Thank you, Ben!!!

Benjamin from Drain Terrier came on time, was professional and friendly. The office gave me a heads up on when he would arrive, which was great. He quickly saw the problem and fixed it. He didn't try and wrong more out of it, just got it done. I'll be calling them the next time I have an issue.

Our kitchen sink drain was leaking. I called three companies with Drain Terrier being the third.

They sent John and Craig who showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and took the time to explain to us, in detail, what was going on and why. The other plumbers did not take the time that John did to make certain all of my questions were answered. That alone made me feel confident in them. So, we hired them and are thankful we did.

They replaced an entire P-TRAP, TEE, and vertical pipe from behind our kitchen sink all the way into our basement in just 4 hours. They left the area clean and ready to use immediately.

Ben at Drain Terrier was excellent at diagnosing the problem and then fixing it correctly. He was professional and courteous and I will use them again.

Honest company, I called on Friday and they sent Nick the same day, he arrived on time and was very patient. Nick took time looking for leaks and remediating issues in the most reasonable manner. I would use them again for all plumbing needs.
