Graham serviced our tankless hot water heater. He was friendly, responsive and knew what he needed to do and was done in a timely manner. Very pleasant gentleman!

Affordable was AMAZING to work with. Their sales reps (we worked with Sean) were amazing, thoughtful and I never felt that I was being upsold to make a profit. They also were incredibly courteous and made appointments that worked for our schedule. When it came to installation their team was so friendly and kind to work around our needs on installation day. The unit we had ordered was out of stock so they even worked to get a better unit for us to not delay the project and to not increase costs! They seamlessly helped with submitting rebates and when one rebate came back less than expected (due to the utility company changing their payout formula without telling anyone), Sean fought for us and ultimately Affordable paid the difference on the rebate amount to make it right. Could not be happier with Affordable and I would recommend to anyone!!

Aaron and Curran have both been to my somewhat remote ranch to help me with plumbing and H vac issues. Wow, what knowledgable, hard working and genuinely nice guys! Very reasonable price considering the long trip and the very detailed professional job they did. Highly recommend.

Shane, was the service tech that came to our house. He was super friendly and honest! Was quick and got our AC unit back up and running in just a couple hours. Highly recommend them.

Came and performed a complete check of my furnace. Cleaned flame sensor, checked current draw on all the motors and measured for carbon monoxide and correct temperature above the burners. Everything checked out on my Trane system.

I called for service on a Monday and was able to get scheduled the following day. Curran was very polite and professional and he diagnosed our problem and was able to fix it right away. He also gave me some good tips on testing and maintaining our central A/C system. I’ll be using them for our yearly maintenance.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Curran, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment he arrived, Curran was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue with our system in a way that was easy to understand, and he laid out our options without any pressure.
Curran worked efficiently and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. He also went above and beyond by checking the rest of our system to ensure there were no hidden issues. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such a friendly, respectful attitude.

My propane furnace died suddenly and I had to buy a new one, but something was wrong with the new one. Too many unexpected bills hit me at once, mostly due to losing my husband.

I applied for heating help from Leap. A Leap technician called me Wednesday about my heat emergency. I told her I was using electric heaters to keep my home from freezing, but I had a brand new propane furnace I purchased online, that wouldn't kick on. I'd spent all my savings on it, new propane line and the installation. I didn't know what was wrong with it. No propane coming out of the pilot light. Maybe the two propane line regulators were bad???

The Leap agent recommended Affordable Heating and Air from the Greeley area. She said Leap would contact them and get me some help.

After hanging up with Leap, I promptly received a call from Affordable and the scheduling agent made an appt. for Friday. The technician came within a half hour window of when he was planning to arrive. He was very professional and polite. He looked young, which worried me as to whether he could help me fix my furnace. He admitted he wasn't experienced with my particular furnace, but he was very positive minded.

He asked a few questions, opened up the furnace, and within minutes he'd adjusted the mini regulator inside the furnace (I didn't know that one existed), and I could finally smell propane! Then the pilot ignited, then the burner. Eureka! What service!

Really happy I didn't have to replace my propane regulators outside, which are a few years old, and that would've been expensive. Now my house is warm, and just in time as below zero temps are in tonight's forecast, and in the coming days, too! Got it fixed in the nick of time! Thank you Leap, thank you Affordable, and especially the technician, Mr. Dunne!

I had to scratch my head and ask the technician if I'd he'd been a gymnast in the past! You see, I'd never seen someone laying on their side, holding screws in one hand, using one KNEE to hold a part against the furnace, while holding another part in his mouth, a screwdriver with the other hand, AND leaning on one elbow! He didn't even ask for a chair. Hard worker! (Sorry, no pictures of that. LOL)

We recently had a new heating and air conditioning unit installed on the 4th floor of our home, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Curran was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of our options and giving us the confidence to make a right decision. Gets the work done, didn't overcharge. They do routine maintenance at our shop and just did a cleaning to ensure our units continue to work right through each season.

Derrick and Reed from Affordable Home Services in Greeley came out to inspect our system and informed us of much needed information..they were totally professional, courteous and trustworthy and we recommend them to anyone looking any services here in Greeley they provide. Bit late to getting review done - but service with these guys is great. We have a new old house and needed some plumbing, and electrical inspection , and a gas line checked.

I don’t post reviews often but sometimes outstanding service work need to be documented. I wanted to give a shoutout to Curran, this guy will be leading his own fleet before too long. Extremely professional, respectful, and represented his company with true professionalism. He walked me through the work in detail, explaining things in a way that made sense without talking over my head. His knowledge of AC systems was impressive, and it was clear he cared about getting the job done right the first time. It’s rare to see someone combine skill, respect, and customer service so naturally. I’d gladly recommend Curran to anyone looking for AC work. His team is lucky to have him representing them.

We have used Affordable heating and air a few times now, and they’ve been great! Derrick came out this time and he was professional, explained what he did to help my A/C unit and told me what to look for if we start having issues again. Affordable heating and air is honest, which is unfortunately hard to find these days.
