I'm a little cynical when it comes to heating and Air companies. Many of them seem to take advantage of situations and gouge you with their price. That being said my experience with polar bear in specifically David who came out to look at my water heater was the most pleasant experience I have had with a heating and air company. Though he could have just said the part needs replaced and ring up the bill. He suggested we try to clean certain parts and see if that would take care of the issue and it did. Resulting in the cost far less. Integrity is a rare thing these days and I am so thankful that it still remains. Thank you polar bear my wife is going to be very happy to take a hot shower tonight. ❤️

Highly recommend! Nick did a great job. We had to have two appointments due to having to order a part. Showed up on time for the first and came early for the second. After the office called to verify it was ok to come early.

I just had a great experience with Polar Bear Plumbing Heating & Air! My husband and I had been using Fort Collins Heating and Air for the last 10 years. My last encounter with them was very poor, to say the least, and caused me to look for a new company. Polar Bear came highly recommended by a few people I know in the area.

From the initial call to schedule an appointment, Steve's willingness to walk me through the issue and repair options, to a courtesy call to say the technician was going to be a few minutes late...every interaction was personable, and professional. While it took a bad experience with another company for me to find Polar Bear, I am excited that I have a new and trusted company to service my Plumbing, Heating and Air needs.

This is my second time having Polar Bear Plumbing out to service 2 separate issues. Both times were great experiences! Pricing is great and the customer service is top notch! I had Anthony out, and he was amazing! What a knowledgeable young man! He is a great asset to your company! I will only use your company for my needs! Thank you!

I’m incredibly pleased with Steve and the Polar Bear Team. I had them install a mini-split system and a tankless water heater at my place in Estes Park. Both projects turned out great and whole process was seamless from beginning to end. They are knowledgeable, have great communication, pay attention to detail, and their pricing is competitive. Best plumbing and heating company I’ve ever worked with.

David Heid was knowledgeable and very polite. I’m in the beginning of selling my home and he did a flush on the 3 year old water heater. Fingers crossed the flush fixes the knocking.

They were able to get my furnace up and running before the cold set in. Kaleb was very professional and explained everything. Will definitely use them again.

Steve is an amazing plumber and HVAC technician. It astonished me how deeply he immersed himself into the local water quality, and how it changes when the temperature fluctuates from cold to hot. Anymore talented and he would be a water scientist. There is no better expert, no better quality than you’ll find with Polar Bear. Steve also upgraded our master bedroom bathroom toilet. The cheap toilets the builder installed are horrible, they always clog and pass water everywhere. He got us the most amazing toilet that has not clogged and is very quiet. I have also never seen anyone swap out a toilet so fast, and with total detail. Including caulking the bottom and he even installed our new bidet for us too. Everything is perfectly to code, and the quality of our home water filtration system is easily above satisfactory. I highly recommend Steve and continue to go to him for all my plumbing and water quality needs and questions.

Look no further, this is the best company you'll find in Northern Colorado!! I've been standing here in my home admiring the beautiful new furnace and new vanity installed by Polar Bear Plumbing Heating & Air. Our house is warm and toasty just in time for the freezing negative temperatures forecasted this week. I was so impressed at the level of pride, professionalism, and attention to detail during their time servicing my home. It was a pleasant experience and overwhelmingly refreshing to see a company exude such kind-hearted, genuine care and be so intentional about helping people. I will be singing their praises indefinitely!

Jon was on time and very polite. Came in and got the work done quickly. He put in a PRV and an expansion tank for me. Made sure all my questions were answered.

Nick did an excellent job fixing a plumbin issue at my house. He was friendly and completed the job quickly. The price was also very reasonable. 100% recommend

I had a slow-draining shower and tried snaking it myself, pulling out some hair clumps, but oddly, the water started draining even slower. I reached out to two plumbing companies after 5pm, and Polar Bear Plumbing was the only one to respond. They offered an appointment for the next day or the following, and I scheduled two days out between 8–10am.

Communication was excellent: I received updates about the appointment and a message with a photo of the technician on the way. Nick and another tech arrived on time, wore booties to keep things clean, asked thoughtful questions, and assessed the issue. They quoted ~$200 to use an electric auger to clear the clog.

The job took about 30 minutes from start to finish at ~$200, and the drain is now flowing perfectly. Super professional, efficient, and respectful of my home.

I called Polar Bear to get a 2nd opinion on my furnace. I'm so glad I did!!! My tech was Wyatt and he was VERY GOOD!! Great company to deal with and they saved me money.

Our experience started with Randy’s stellar approach, very personable, very knowledgeable about the services and products, told us all of the options for what we wanted, and didn’t pressure us in any way in our decision. The installer Zach and his team did a phenomenal job. Very respectful of our space, receptive and accommodating with our needs, clear in the way he specified what he needed to do and how long it would take. And when complications arose, they were able to pivot immediately, adjusting their schedules to maintain the completion date we agreed on.
Top notch all around.

Kaleb was thorough, capable, friendly, honest and informative. There was no pressure to upgrade our heating system now but options were explained. I felt strongly, by the time he was done evaluating our system, that Polar Bear Heating and Plumbing is a company that I can trust and will call again in the future.

I had cut my waterline in a very inconvenient location during a home renovation. Polar Bear sent a plumber out the same day. David did great work, and they changed a fair price.
