Prestige Plumbling was very helpful. Left a message they got back to me immediately explained their services and process and within hours we had a tech at our house. Tyler did an initial assessment then provided a detailed estimate with options. He was very professional and answered all our questions. We had a clog that required jetting which finally removed and fixed our clog and draining issue. More expensive than we anticipated but what today isn't! Overall they were great!

Tyler was great to work with! Super friendly explained everything thoroughly as he rebuilt our water softener and calcite tank. Thanks Tyler.

Anthony and Zack did a fantastic job of clearing a huge blockage. All the work done in one day, which was remarkable. Super courteous, polite, and great clean up too. Five stars all day!

Larsen Ace Hardware recommended Prestige to us for a hot water tank replacement. I phoned, and immediately received a call back with dates to visit. Anthony M came out (with vey helpful text notifications of his arrival status). He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very reassuring as to understanding what we sought to do - and clearly explained the options available, with pros and cons, including cost, noise and efficiency as well as future maintenance.

I really liked that he took time immediately after we spoke and then, while all was fresh in our heads,, proposed four options which we reviewed on his tablet, and then he sent them to me via email.

Our questions were answered, and a week later, after Anthony also lined up an electrician to partner with on the electric hybrid water heater the project was done.

Anthony left the project site cleaner than when he arrived and did a great job in the relocation of the heater, and removing the old one.

That same day, Anthony also installed a DRIP water flow system and upgraded our outdoor shower. We're very happy with both projects.

All expectations, honestly, surpassed.

Prestige plumbers are always friendly and courteous. I like that they send a picture and bio of who to expect. The work is excellent and they explain options well.

1st time using Prestige Plumbing to check on drain issue and replace toilet. Zak was the plumber and went over the process and gave we a couple of estimates, and completed the task even insuring that the clogged drain was running smoothly. Diffentily will be using them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I’m new to home ownership so I’m learning things as I go. It feels good to have a company to go to for any plumbing issue. Joe came out and fixed the issue right away for a leak I had, he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as he worked. Also gave me advice for the future to avoid the same issue happening again. Thank you guys!

Anthony came out & helped figure out a way to install a toilet on the first floor for my disabled son.
Not only did he provide caring customer service, he provided amazing work & results. He also did it the same day he came out to evaluate my situation. I was honestly amazed. If possible I would give Prestige Plumbing Werks 6 stars! I cannot recommend them enough.

Another great experience with Prestige today. Tyler was on time, friendly, professional and took time to assess the situation and explain my options which I appreciated. Work was completed quickly and to my expectations. He also provided a list of other local contractors they recommend for various services which is helpful and a great idea to support local small businesses.

Fast and thoughtful service. Came in, assessed the situation, gave me options, offered recommendations and did the job.

Definitely will use again for any future plumbing needs.

The jobs to date:
1) Dishwasher install and line. Drains. Works. Rocks

2) rusted supply lines and replacement. Fixed the leaks and worked it all out.

3) Toilet had a history of backing up and it was getting worse. He assessed it, gave me several options, did the job the same day—nice and neat and flawless. now it just flushes, great drainage, no problems.

I had a couple of plumbing issues and also needed a quote on a new water filtration system. Shea took care of all of these quickly and also offered advice on some future work at my request. Very impressed with his level of service and would absolutely recommend to others!

Zac did a great job explaining the various options and really made the plumbing utility room so much better! Removing old metal pipes and getting everything up to code. He also made the pump in the basement work again! He was professional and kind. He cleaned up after himself and you could tell he took pride in his work.

They were able to come the day I called, they said they would not leave until I had water back and they stayed until there was water even though it was late, friendly, trustworthy from the start, the price was not real bad considering the situation I was in. I will definatly use them again and tell people about them...update 7/7/25: old house so we fixed one thing and low and behold something else goes because of the age of the house..Prestige was able to do what i needed done, and again Joe is a master at trouble shooting..spot on and was able to take care of the issue at hand. Next on the list is the well tank I will definatly be using Prestige..1 because they are fair, 2 because they are honest, 3 they stand by their work....UPDATE... Joe came out again and replaced the bladder tank and put in a new toilet, couldnt be happier with the work done thoroughly completed and done neatly, Joe is very polite and honest will definitely recommend to friends and family

I HIGHLY recommend these guys. Zach, Lauren and Anthony spent the whole diagnosing my problem. They were meticulous, kind and extremely informative. They answered any questions I asked and even taught me what I was looking at.

I’ve worked with Prestige multiple times now and I highly recommend them to any homeowner in the area, extremely good work.

Tyler came to our Home to inspect a leaky pipe in our basement. He was professional, but also very personable. He went to great lengths to make sure we understood the repair needed. We are confident that he takes great pride in his work and look forward to working with him.

I had a broken valve which meant the water had to be shut off for the house. I called Prestige Plumbing and Tyler then arrived very quickly. He explained what needed to be done and gave me a few options how to do it. We decided on one of the options and within 1/2 hour the repair was done and the water was back on.

I was able to get a same day repair on slow leak in one of our pipes. Everything from start to finish was done so professionally, conveniently, & quickly. Very happy with the service I received.

First time having Prestige Plumbing out to the house. Our technician Zak was pleasant, polite and we felt very comfortable with him. He had several repairs to do in the house and everything was taken care of. We highly recommend them.

Zach is great, super capable and extra polite. I would say he has a very comprehensive knowledge of plumbing issues. And he is willing to do everything possible to make the job right. For me, he has done one very complicated job and one straightforward job with excellent results both times.

I had a wonderful experience with Prestige. They came on time, were very helpful, explained the quote and work needed and were very clean. Anthony was very kind to my son and even warned me when it msg get noisy (during nap time). He was very respectful and I felt completely at ease with his knowledge and work.
