after calling several others and being told "not today" or "maybe in a week" Called Brian at 8:30 AM with a request for service on not one,but two toilet replacements.....he said he couldn't make any promises,but would TRY to be here around 1 or 1:30.........he arrived much earlier and looked at the job,gave a "rough" estimate of cost and said he would take care of it TODAY........at 2 pm Mike and Trevor arrived and began work.....at 4 pm work was finished,clean up complete and a bill presented which totaled WAY under the "rough" estimate(happy me).....Mike and Trevor were quick,efficient,thorough and very pleasant....I will definitely keep Quality Plumbing phone number and they will be the first I call for any future plumbing needs......Thank you to Brian and your crew......Well Done Sir !!!

Last winter my furnace stopped working , after calling my oil company and then sending it someone , it still didn't work and things were getting worse. I ended up calling Quality Pluming crying to the lady who answered . I had no heat I had a child and my elderly grandmother and elderly dad in my home whom I care for. It was freezing and I already spent over 300 bucks to my oil company and it still didn't work. After I spoke to the lady on the phone explained what happened , she sent her father right out to me , she put me on the top of the list! I was beyond grateful☺️ He was here for hours and hours . Come to find out the oil company never checked my pipes upstairs and they were all completely frozen. Quality went above and beyond for me being here for hours because my pipes were that frozen. They were all so nice treated me like family, did not over charge me at all, nor take advantage of my situation. I will never have a oil company again ever look at my furnace. I definitely have my forever company with Quality Pluming !!

Brian is as real as it gets, this man had his truck breakdown, had to get it towed, went back to his shop, came to my house and when he saw how dangerous our situation was, the man fixed it, free of charge. I will never use another plumber again, thank you, the world needs more people like you.

I can't say enough great things about Quality Plumbing & Heating LLC!! I've known Brian for years, ever since I bought my new home in 2008. He and his family have been such a blessing to me...going above & beyond the call of duty!! On more than one occasion, Brian has fixed my heating system, staying for hours, and always giving me a more than fair price. I really appreciate how professional, kind and decent a person he is. He never left me in the cold (so to speak) :). I have been truly blessed all the years to have a professional plumber like him!! I'm a God-fearing woman and would never stead anyone wrong. Every word I have spoken is Truth about this man and the company he has.
