Texted company on a Saturday regarding a fallen tree near my house - tree was taken care of within 24 hours. Responsive, professional, competitive pricing.

I started calling a few weeks ago and was told they would call back later that day. Call did not come that day. I started to call other companies and did not get a satisfactory response. However, an Arborist called me and said he would come that day, he came, gave estimate and completed the job a few days ago. It is possible that
Highland contacted me again in between, but I cannot remember. I unfortunately suffer from a short term memory problem.

Jon and crew took on a tough challenge. They were honest and caring of my property. They worked hard and took care of a complicated tree removal project with many obstacles. They took the time to clean up when the work was done which not many other companies do.

Called to get a quote, John call back within 24 hours. Said they were working out of town but would get back to me in a day. Sure enough the next day they came out to look at the damaged tree. When he arrived he said “ That remaining piece of tree is dangerous and should come down right now “ He gave us a quote said he could get his crew out tonight to get that piece down and safe! 3 hours later in the darkness they got it down!
