Very prompt returning, answering calls. Honest, will not try and sell you anything you don't need. I had a straight home inspection, condo. He took his time and explained everything thourgly. I was impressed and very satisfied. Gives you personalized binder with report to follow when complete. Had all paperwork following day. Expect 2 plus hours for inspection. 2 1/2 hours for 1400 square foot condo with detached garage and crawl space home.

Professional, thorough, and meticulous in inspecting a home. Mike spent 7 hours inspecting a house I was going to buy, and saved me from a financial disaster. I accompanied him the full 7 hours asking dozens of questions, and he took the time to answer each one fully. I would give him 6 stars if I could.

HPI did an amazing job on our home inspection, and the repairs the seller has done based on the inspection are well over $15,000. They were so incredibly thorough and checked everything you could. The house had even been inspected prior to their arrival and everything that had been pointed out was missed. HPI was fantastic to work with and took time to explain all the issues that were found. Michael was a great home inspector! Even months after inspecting my home he was very courteous to an inquiry I had about the report he had written up. I had reached out because my insurance agency's home inspector claimed to have discovered had old electrical wiring and required me to address these. In Michael's report, it was clear that the electrical had been updated but noted that there were older wires still present.

He was able to clarify this with me in his report and view the insurance agency's inspectors photos to disclaim it.

I would recommend his services as he was very patient and answered any questions I may have had regarding my home.

We recently bought home and I contacted Mike after reading excellent reviews on homeadvisor . Mike was very prompt in getting back to us and explained the whole process . He did an excellent job and was educating us while inspecting home .He gave us his full attention . He arranged for other areas of inspection such as septic tank etc as we didnot know anyone in area . We are very happy to work with Mike and will hire him again for future purchase .
