Great experience from initial appointment with Gary to discuss the project to completion of the work.
All employees from Gary, Jenny (office) and technicians were easy to work with, informative and professional.
We had several jobs done including replacement of hot water tank, repair/upgrade oil burner and thermostat.
They also replaced the oil line and filter to code.
I would recommend this business.

This HVAC company has done an outstanding job. They do a more comprehensive job cleaning the furnace than other local companies and ensuring all parts are working as they’re supposed to.

Had a not so great experience with another local big name company who were about to rip me off. Fire & Ice came out the next day, were responsive, kept me informed, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Will be using them from now on! Highly recommend.

Very responsive. We have a buderus furnace. And hot water. Another company tinkered and did a lousy job. I'm in construction 35 years and I really really appreciate honesty hard work knowledgeable tech and a very fair cost. I'm relieved.

The absolute best. I cannot thank this company/their staff enough for assisting us with all of the problems we have encountered with our boiler and oil tank.

We had a boiler and a new central air installation completed. The team was professional, responsive and knowledgeable. The staff even assisted with the rebate process. I would highly recommend them.

Did a excellent job, we needed a new furnace, quick to replace old furnace, professional job and clean. The owner, Gary, is very trustful and helped with supplement heat while the furnace was down. Absolutely would use again.
