I've been using Westmore Fuel for about 10 years and I highly recommend them. Tony D. is one of their top technicians and he has been ably servicing both my hot water heater and furnace for many years. 5 stars.

We have had Westmore as our fuel company for decades and would never think of going to any other company. Their team sincerely care for providing a quality service with not only excellent technical service but with personal support. Sean and Maureen are phenomenal and can’t say enough of their pursuit to make sure we have heat, fuel and whatever is requested by us.

We have been customers for 33 years. Westmore has been outstanding supplier of fuel and maintenance service to our Furnace over the years. They have been very reliable in all situations: Storms, and after hour calls to fix my old system issues in timely manner. Kudos to the team that has trouble shoot and answer all my questions over the years.

We had a problem with our oil burner and Michael arrived promptly and worked quickly to solve it and get the house warm and toasty in no time - during an ice storm no less. Thank you Westmore!

Called Westmore fuel this morning we had no heat last night had to keep hitting the reset button. They sent over one of their Technicians name Michael, checked everything out cleaned and serviced the boiler ,very professional very courteous and very neat, hats off to Westmore fuel and your employer Michael 1/9/23

Have been a customer of Westmore Fuel for over a decade Reliable service and quality fuel at a reasonable cost.
I most recently has issue with my oil burner where one level of my home was continuous heat even with thermostat off..I changed the thermostat myself to no avail ...called Westmore and a service person arrived at 10 a.m. as promised ..all components of system where thoroughly checked and a diagnostic within 10 minutes was made ..a valve check was the culprit and service replaced it and within the hour our issue was resolved

The true purpose of this comment is to commend the service tech that performed in the most positive, professional and knowledgeable manner imaginable. Going by the name of TJ the service tech not only made the correct repairs but was immaculate in his work ethic.

As a homeowner for 40 years I have had more than my share of services performed and TJ exemplifies what all the previous vendors should take note of .

Been a happy customer for years for all our home heating needs. We've never had an issue with deliveries, always arrive like clockwork. Their service department is professional, with every year perform a Tune-up. Believe why we have avoided any issues during the winter season.

I called Westmore to service my burner. The technician (Tony D) was great. He was professional, polite and thorough. He practiced Covid-19 guidelines, wearing a mask/gloves and kept 6 feet or more distance. The whole process from scheduling to cleaning was easily and hassle free. I even received txt/email alerts to remind me of the appointment.

Tony D. serviced our furnaces on 6/24/21. When he saw me he mentioned that he had been here before when he worked for a different company. Sure enough he was listed on a service entry from 21 years ago. He was totally professional and it was a pleasure talking to him. I felt confident that he would do a thorough job.

Yesterday,(2/8) TJ came to service my furnace, he called prior to coming. TJ was very knowledgeable, professional, a great communicator and got the job done with a smile. I am very pleased with Westmore!

I like to give thanks to the professional, excellent and carrying job Mario give in his visit to do maintenance to our furness in South Salem on 1/2/23. As a technician myself I can tell the complete detailed work he did to our old unit, congratulations you have the best staff.

We had problems with both furnaces which another company as well as the previous members of the same company tried to fix but went nowhere. John E from Westmore came and worked tirelessly to diagnose the problems (wrong circuit boards, thermostats, faulty wiring etc.) and fixed everything. He was professional, competent and very straighforward with us. He tied up all the loose ends and took care of the mess previous workers left behind. We received a modest bill for the amount of work that was done, especially compared to what (some) other companies charge. What a difference a dedicated mechanic can make in other people's lives, we are so thankful!

A good test of a reliable service company is that they come to your help during your hour of need. Westmore Fuel passed this test with flying colors when we ran out of heating oil on the coldest day of the season this weekend. After I called them, they listened to me very sympathetically and responded immediately by sending their truck within about 40 minutes. I am extremely satisfied by their prompt service when I needed it the most. I wholeheartedly recommend Westmore Fuel.

Westmore recently installed a new oil burner in my very old house. From the moment I was contacted by the Customer service rep, Maureen, through the 2 1/2 day installation, right up until George came to put anti freeze in the system, everything went smoothly. Everyone was highly professional, and extremely patient with my many questions..
They all did an A+ job and I thank them all!!!!

Recently contracted with Westmore for oil and oil burner maintenance. Today Mario performed the service. He called to let us know he was on his way and it was within the window they told us. He did a great job. Mario was professional and pleasant to deal with.

Westmore technicians arrived within an hour or so of our service call. Upon arrival, they immediately diagnosed the problem, kept us informed along the way, and got the heat up and running. When I asked at 9:30pm if we'd have heat tonight, our technician's response was, " We are not leaving here until you do."

Michael has come twice to the house - the first time to get the heat restarted - very professional, courteous and helpful. The second time today, for the annual service. Again he was most professional, courteous and efficient. Thanks to Westmore and their wonderful staff.
