Wonderful experience with First String!! We discovered a mistake in the install of our bathroom drain vent and were unable to get the company who did it to come back but First String arrived in just a few hours, with super kind, knowledgeable and just overall great guys. The ultimate fix couldn't be done on the spot because materials needed to be ordered but they were able to provide an up-to-code fix immediately and returned with the materials quickly to complete the permanent fix. I only wish we'd had them the first time for the install!! If you are looking for a plumber in Greenwich and the surrounding areas, I highly recommend them.

Main shutoff Valve Replacement, Nick and team replaced both main shutoff and secondary shutoff that weren’t functional, but also were very hard to access. The previous owner only left a door to access the meter, and both shutoff valves were extremely hard to reach. They did it in less than two hours, and replaced with now accesible, safer and more up to date valves, payment was also a snap via Zelle.

First String is the company to use ! They helped out on an urgent job request , answered the call ,came out quickly to give an estimate and date to do the job! The day of the job they arrived on schedule and completed the task efficiently and successfully! Very professional!!

Recently used First String Plumbing for a leaky drain and faucet. Nick responded quickly to my phone call and very clearly explained our options. His guys did a great job when they came out to fix the drain and replace the faucet. They were so quick, thorough and polite. We couldn't be happier with their work!

They replaced an aging hot water heater with a top tier unit and also followed up in person to ensure that everything was working properly.
