Had the boiler go down in our new house on the coldest night yet. New to the area, we called and Bill came right out and took care of us at 8 pm on a Friday. He did a wonderful job. He gained a new customer for life.

Had a furnace malfunction yesterday. Was recommended to call Bill from Reliable by my Oil Supplier, BOY were they spot-on! Bill came over, replaced the Nozzle, Electrodes, Fuel Filter and Tank Filter, as well as cleaned everything up and adjusted air/fuel settings. Very thorough, informative and knowledgeable. And, price was very reasonable for a emergency service call. Will definitely recommend Bill and Reliable Heat and AC to anyone!

We needed to replace our air conditioner unit and wanted to take advantage of the substantial rebates available from Eversource. Bill advised on the technology and recommended the correct equipment to qualify for the rebates. He installed a new heat pump system and air handler and integrated it with our existing hydro air system. Bill was very timely and professional throughout the process.

Bill is THE MAN! Had another company tell me my AC system was toast and that I needed to replace the whole thing, but then they weren't getting back to me about quotes and timing. Something felt off and I wanted a second opinion so I called Bill. He came out the same day fixed everything in 3 hours and the system is working better than ever - and it was, obviously, at a fraction of the cost of replacing the whole system. We had a problem with our furnace for years that no service technician could diagnose. We had about 5-6 different technicians come service our furnace and each time, they walked away dumbfounded. Bill was here for two hours and gave it a fine tuning, changed out a part or two, and since then...it has been working perfectly.
