I've been doing business with Tony at Santella Electric for years.
He is the best: professional, responsive, courteous and intelligent. I trust his work and highly recommend him.

Job: Replace existing indoor ceiling light fixtures and switches.

Highlights: Clear communication, transparent pricing, easy scheduling, thorough/clean job, 0-headaches. Could I have found a cheaper provider? Perhaps, but the quality and ease of service paired with the professionalism of the team was great -- enough for me to recommend Santella to others.

Was experiencing surging in my home. Called for an emergency appt and they arrived within the hour. They inspected the panel in basement and were able to determine that the issue was being caused by the source from the street. They got on the phone with Eversouce with me and explained the issue which Eversource fixed shortly thereafter. Would use them again! Great service!!!

Tony and Sebastian were fantastic! I ask for them for each service. Very neat, friendly and professional. They are wonderful people and experienced professionals.

Finally I found an electrical company that takes the time to listen to my concerns. As a seasoned customer, safety is as much of as concern as function. Tony, the senior electrician, and his protege Nick, seemed to get this notion immediately. Clearly, well seasoned in their electrical expertise, the consultation and assessment went smoothly. Both men went the extra mile with an electrical dilemma that concerned me for sometime. Prompt and efficient, there were no surprises. Prices were given for needed work and the ability to approve or dispute the work. As all things that were suggested are needed, these two men will return to do that work. Both my husband and I are extremely pleased with Santella electric and their skilled workers.

The team showed up on time, and explained their job before they even begin the work to make sure we were all in agreement. Since they had to switch the power off in the whole house for the whole day, they help us setup a line so we can continue working during the day and use our internet. The job site was left clean, and they ensure all was in order when they finish the work. Excellent service!

The best electrician experience I've had. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and the cost was super reasonable. Just moved to the area and glad to have found a super reliable electrician to use for many years to come. Have now had 2 appointments with them and they continue to exceed my expectations!!

This we our first time using Santella Electric at our new home. The office personnel were responsive and friendly, and we loved the electrician who came to troubleshoot and do the repairs we need. Courteous, friendly, respectful and resolved the problem easily. He took the time to explain the problem so I could understand it.

Tony and Nick did an excellent job. They were polite and responsive. They frequently checked with me to ensure that the track lighting and chandelier were hung exactly as I wanted it. They took all packaging with them and left my home as clean as they found it.

Got to us on a Sunday when we had a big issue post a storm outage. Managed to get us up and running that day, then followed up the following day to organize ordering new parts and getting the issue fixed longer term. Technician was professional and diligent.

We had a fantastic experience with Santella. Tony came to our house and was incredibly knowledgable, professional, and friendly. He not only knew exactly what to do, he also consulted me for decisions about how to position all my new fixtures and outlets. As a person who really cares about the details and aesthetic, I appreciated that more than I can say. A few of our projects were tricky due to our house layout, especially adding outdoor outlets, but Tony worked hard to make it all work and look good. I'm very pleased with our updated lighting/power and will definitely ask for him again next time we call Santella!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We used them for our commercial business, they are my go-to for all my home projects. They are incredibly courteous, kind, knowledgeable, honest, and I respect the way they communicate with me. Post Sandy was a disaster, and I will never forget how kind they were to check out everything post Flooding. Amazing team.

In general Santella Electric is easy to deal with and schedule, especially during the holidays. Tony and Mike who came to the house were great to deal with (sorry you had to climb through the attic insulation and small space to get to those wires, we appreciate it :). Will definitely have them back again to complete the rest of the electrical work around the house....couldn't have asked for a better crew. Thanks guys!
