I have had the pleasure of working with Chris Evans throughout the past year. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his work. An asset to the the company and a valuable resource when it comes to my trees. Will continue to work with and would highly recommend !!

We have had an outstanding experience with Chris Evans, our arborist. Chris feels like he’s our partner in having a beautiful landscape. He gives thoughtful suggestions and always brings a very professional team. Whenever we have a question, he’s on the scene with ideas and honesty. There are very few true “professionals” in town, but Chris is one of them. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Mike Pantano from SavATree! He has helped us time and time again with mature trees at our home. From removing dead trees, to safety pruning, to putting up a swing for our daughter- SavATree does it all. We are also delighted with how they care for our lawn and boxwoods. We wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Sav-A-Tree came to my property recently, and I want to say they did
a fine job in every way: good arborist work, care for my property,
prompt arrival, nice manners. They listened and did exactly what I wanted.

Chris Teter was extremely professional in providing consultation services with respect to the trees on my property. He walked me through the different services that SavATree could provide and was present each day at the beginning to instruct the work crew on what tasks needed to be done. Overall, I am satisfied with quality of the tree cutting and pruning and would recommend Chris.

We contacted SavATree to take care of some storm damaged trees and they were very professional and prompt. The crew was efficient and exceptionally clean - the yard looked great when they were finished. They don't just mow trees down but try to prune thoughtfully and keep whatever parts of the tree are healthy. Highly recommend.

They did a great job on my 30 foot tall hemlock trees. Getting a second application in the spring to kill the insects

Savatree has been great! We were spending a lot of money on gardening/landscaping but the results were always disappointing. Dead lawn spots, diseased trees/hedges, etc...I finally got in touch with Savatree and Chris Evans came out and thoroughly went through everything we needed to achieve the results we wanted. He was honest and straightforward about what we should do. More importantly he told us what we should not do since it would be a waste of money. I appreciated him placing the relationship above a quick buck.

Highly recommend Chris and the annual program he has us on now. The outcome is great, the prices are fair, and I don't need to micromanage everything.

Our arborist, Chris Evans, is professional, extremely knowledgeable and responsive. A recent storm uprooted a tree in our yard and Chris came quickly, assessed the tree and safety issues, and arranged for its removal. This is the second tree we had to have removed and once again, the team did a great job operating safely and efficiently.
Chris has spent a significant amount of time with us assessing our trees. He continually provides valuable recommendations regarding pruning and trimming, ensuring safety and the ongoing health of our trees.

(Sending this review for Mike F) — Briana has taken care of my lawn for Savatree for several years — applying various treatments that have improved its appearance and kept it healthy, even in hot weather. She is diligent, takes her time, never rushs. And she is always cheerful and polite.

She is part of Branch Manager Corey Schultz’s team. Over the years, he has come out to check my lawn several times, and changed the mix of grasses to better accomodate the full sun the yard receives. It’s made a difference: the lawn is now thick and green.

SavATree was recommended to me many years ago when my relatively new house/property began to show tree/shrub issues. . Chris Evans has been my contact person for most of these years. Chris is always informative, quick to respond to emergency situation or advice about my property. I never feel pressured to accept a quote and I like when that is presented it comes in written form. Good work!

We had a number of fairly large trees plus a bunch of overgrown brush removed from our property. Chris was extremely responsive and made the process easy! Brandon, Alex, and Luis made the job look easy, though there was quite a bit of technical maneuvering they needed to do given the placement of the trees to be removed.
I would strongly recommend. They were professional, prompt and pricing was very fair. I felt like they had my best interests at heart and made quick work of a large project.

Considering my second job with them. They are so knowledgeable. When looking at removing a dead tree, the recommended taking two additional trees down at the same time. They were not dead yet, but would be in the next 1-3 years. They take the time to explain why things need to be done and the risks of not doing something. The crew they sent out was on time, professional and nice. They did a fantastic job. Looking forward (as much as you can when talking about trees too close to the house) to working with them again. Chris Evans has been great.

Chris Evans has been advising on my tree care for over a year now and my trees love him for it. He was very impressive, his knowledge/expertise clearly surpassed other contractors we met with. He even sent me resources to read for myself to gain some knowledge on the items we talked about.

This past summer, I engaged Chris in inspecting some trees on my property and he quickly identified some problem trees that needed to be taken care of before any damage to my house occurred. I asked for quotes which were quickly provided and were very competitive. Within a couple of months (this past Saturday), he and Alex (the crew chief) and Jonathan came by to take care of the first of the problem trees and the results were terrific. Alex and Jonathan were skilled, professional and kind. They made an incredibly challenging job look easy, executed without any issues and were done very quickly. They did a great job and I will definitely use their services for all future tree needs. Thank you very much, nice job Chris, Alex and Jonathan!

SavATree and Chris Evans have been terrific. For two years I tried Scott's 4-Step, and could not seem to control the weeds and crab grass in our yard. While SavATree is more expensive than TrueGreen, Chris came out and we spent an hour walking the yard discussing options. Since we have two dogs we were never going to have the "nicest yard on the street" and worked on a lawn care program that fit our needs and budget. Thus far our lawn has never looked better. We also have a program to spray for ticks since our dogs started bringing ticks into the house in March. Chris' team has also been super helpful identifying issues with some of the trees and plants in our yard that were looking fairly unhealthy after years of neglect. I would highly recommend Chris and the SavATree team.

I have been using SavATree to take care of my trees and shrubs for many years. With Chris Teter’s knowledge and advice my plants have flourished. After years of growing we agreed that it was time for a major pruning so last week Chris came with his crew of Brandon, Alex and Ethan. They were very kind and knowledgeable and made sure we were happy with the size and shape of each plant. They did a wonderful job! Chris, Bernardo and team were wonderful. Chris spent a lot of time with us at the beginning to review what our tree needs were and he gave us a fair and reasonable quote. His estimates were impressively accurate and he communicated with us throughout the process, understanding our needs and timeline requests. I am blown away by the professionalism and attention to detail of the Savatree team. We had a large tree care/pruning project done on our property and we are very satisfied with the results. Our arborist Brandon & the entire crew were highly skilled & communicated well re the details of the project throughout. A shout out to the office staff (Roxanna) as well. This is my second experience with SavATree for tree removal- and each time the team has been fantastic and has gone above and beyond our expectations completing the work.

Our arborist was Chris Evans was extremely knowledgeable and provided great recommendations. He helped us to assess the trees on the property and rank priorities for removal focusing on safety and tree health. Ultimately we needed to have two very large dead trees removed that were close to our house (and overhung our driveway). The job was complicated because of the size and condition of the trees, and of course the physical location. The trees required special equipment to take down, and we wanted the dead wood removed, all requiring special coordination- on top of the backlog of work in the tree business these days. At the end of the day though, as a customer, it all seemed very seamless which is a huge credit to Chris, the crew and the company.

The removal itself was done in an exceptionally professional manner and we could not be happier. Frankly- it is basically like the trees were never there, can't get much better than that! Credit goes to the fantastic crew- Bernardo, Roberto, Reynaldo and Giovanni. They operated quickly and most importantly safely to take down two challenging dead trees on top of some other cleanup work.

Can't thank Chris and the crew enough, really great job! Would definitely recommend the company (in particular Chris, Bernardo, Roberto, Reynaldo and Giovanni) to anyone. Their pricing is reasonable and spelled out up front, they are prompt and they do an awesome job- you really can't ask for more than that!
