J.S. Electrical installed our whole house generator 2 years ago and they service it every year in accordance with warranty recommendations. They are always on time and meticulous when on our property. We are pleased to have them as our "go-to" electricians for all of our electrical needs.

Fast forward to today, failed battery and they replaced it quickly.

Highly recommend them!

My most recent project with Justin and Evan was to have a Ring camera system installed at my home. Justin designed the plan, he bought the equipment, they installed everything, and showed me how it all works on the Ring App. It was definitely worth my time to have the experts complete the project. I love the system.

Joe came out to fix my failed chandelier installation attempt and was super nice and super efficient. Now the lights do what they are supposed to do.

I have used JS Electrical for several years and they have always done a great job. They have done large and small jobs, from installing a generator to figuring out why faulting wiring somewhere in the yard had caused spotlights to go on in the middle of the night. There have been many updates inside our house and the work has been done perfectly and when they said it would be done. I highly recommend this company.

I have been working with Justin since 2019, and I cannot say enough good things about him. Justin and his team are extremely professional, punctual and very knowledgeable in his field. He is meticulous about his work and offers suggestions to address the customer’s need, which I have always found vey helpful. In addition, there is no guessing on pricing as he offers a detailed list of repairs that include pictorial representations of materials being used and job pricing so there is no pricing guessing or “by the way”. Justin connected my generator, repaired my jacuzzi (heating element and other items), installed an exhaust fan and lighting, installed motion detector lights in closets, and recently repaired a number of electrical projects in my home. I highly recommend J/S Electrical.

I called J.S. Electrical to do an inspection of a house I am in the process of purchasing. They were so accommodating to my schedule. The inspection was extremely thorough and my inspector, Justin, explained everything and showed me pictures of what he was finding in the house. Great experience with Justin and the team. We had them install a generator and they were very professional, timely and did great job. Justin even reached out after we signed the initial contract with a newer higher kW model that became available to see if we would be interested. We went with the larger 26kW model and have been very happy with it.

Joe and Ian did a bunch of work over a handful of days. They installed recessed lighting in 3 rooms - including one with no electrical wiring, they swapped a ceiling fan, changed out a bunch of old outlets, and switched a faulty breaker. They were kind, treated my home with respect, and always went above and beyond with their explanations, work, and cleanup. It is challenging to find great contractors sometimes, and I’m grateful to have found this company. I’ll be calling again. Thank you!

I put off calling an electrician for months after moving into our new home; afraid it would be a hassle and be another large expense. I wish I had called them sooner, Justin was able to come the same day, fixed the issues quickly, was kind and explained what was going on. We will now always call JS when we need electrical work!

We selected JS Electrical (led by Justin Smart) to replace the backup generator and upgrade the service panels for our large home. Their proposal was prompt and thorough (they listened and gave us appropriate options), and they consistently followed-up online and in-person with us. Justin and the team scheduled and completed the work within 2 weeks as promised, and the communication was always clear around what they were doing and why, as well as during the final test and checkout. We are thrilled with our experience and new generator!
