My washer klunked out, I called a whirlpool 800 number and was put in contact with Eli, he showed up on time, took the machine apart, found the problem unfortunately it would cost for parts and labor almost the price of a new washer, instead of repairing a ten year old machine I decided to buy a new one

We used regal appliance repair for the installation of a brand new Thermidor double wall oven. Eli was extremely professional and punctual and was able to install a very complex appliance with many modifications without any issues. I had an emergency with my fridge which I needed service very late at night and early the next morning, I was helped by ILIA and I was able to get a new fridge installed over one night plus having the old fridge removed. He was super helpful and patient, 100% recommend!!
