Tim was very knowledgeable and pointed out things of concern that I was not aware of. His thorough inspection of the furnace, piping, and oil tanks went above my expectations of what is usually done with a furnace cleaning. I would recommend him highly.

We couldn’t be more appreciative for everything they have done for us. Tim is so knowledgeable and understanding, as well as honest and professional. We had our old furnace serviced the year prior and the cleaning and maintenance was thorough and he was honest about the age of the system and what to look out for. This year we ended up choosing a replacement- but we were guided through our options for a repair vs replacement and fully informed of the cost of each. There’s no hidden agenda or costs - the work was done on time, skillfully and was done with amazing craftsmanship. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

After interviewing and getting quotes from 6 HVAC companies, looking for a mini-split system for our home, we selected David Skrzyniarz, from Hometown Heating and Cooling LLC and boy are we glad we did!!!! We were so impressed with his attention to detail and the amount of time he took to assess our home (including measuring windows and doors) in order to recommend the exact right units and sizes for our unique spaces and needs, to ensure optimal efficiency for our home. Besides making sure we were selecting the correct equipment for our home, we were very concerned about the aesthetics, both inside and out. David took the time to really listen to what was important to us! He was very accommodating and creative with his installation, telling us, “anything is possible”. And he was very patient with us when we changed our minds after signing a contract! He kept emphasizing that our satisfaction was the number one priority. David's quotes were very fair and extremely detailed and easy to understand. We knew exactly what we were getting, what we were paying for and how each unit would be installed. There were no surprise up-charges and the job was completed within the timetable we were given. It could not have gone any more smoothly! AND WE LOVE IT!!!! And, he even helped us to get a rebate!!!

We can’t say enough about David’s workmanship, his knowledge, his problem solving skills, his communication skills, his work ethic, and his personality!! He answered every phone call and responded to every text message in a timely manor. David went above and beyond!! He is definitely the nicest contractor that you would ever want in your home…always on time, polite and thoughtful, respectful of our home and property, cleaned up every work area every day, trustworthy, and just a very friendly, ever-happy, well-mannered, positive-minded guy!! We had a great experience, as we always do, with Hometown Heating & Cooling LLC. They showed up on time, as promised, and tuned up our boiler (making some improvements to the system in the process) and fixed the mini-split system on the 3rd floor. Highly recommended.

Beyond happy and impressed with the service. Out of several companies we called, they were the first to respond and got us back up and running with a new water heater next day. Great price too. Awesome family business, would recommend and be a return customer!

After years of sub-par service from multiple other HVAC companies I am happy to say I have finally found a company I can trust. The Hometown team was quick to respond to my service quest. They provided prompt and extremely thorough service at a price that provided great value. They were clean (wore booties throughout house), helpful, and pleasant to deal with.

Definitely recommend for any in the area that need a reliable, trustworthy, and capable HVAC service company.

I called on Matt to swap out a zone controller and install some smart thermostats, and was immediately impressed with his work. So I turned him loose on my decrepit A/C system, and asked for a quote to replace it. Got a very fair price, and was on their calendar within a couple of weeks.

The new system install was done very professionally, with the steady assurance of people who know exactly what they're doing. The new system is neatly done, above and beyond what one usually expects. They even cleaned up some of my DIY humidifier maintenance, which worked, but wasn't up to their aesthetic standards! Love it.

Matt was extraordinary to deal with on our mini split. He provided a great price & was quick to answer all my questions about the process. Can’t recommend him & Hometown enough!

If you're in need of a HVAC services, look no further than Hometown Heating and Cooling. Last Thursday afternoon, July 3, we noticed water in our basement. We saw that it was coming from the pump on our AC unit. We were able to divert the water into a container and then called Tim. He offered to come right away and even on the 4th of July. I wasn't expecting that! I told him it wasn't necessary since we had it under control, but he said if things get out of hand to call him and he'd come right over. He followed up on Friday the 4th of July and we assured him everything was still under control, no need to come on the holiday (but he would have had we needed him to). He came Sunday to make the repair. We're so fortunate to have a business like Tim's in our community.

Matt and Tim were awesome. Had an Aprilaire humidifier installed. Another company no call no showed on me and bailed on the job. I called Matt and they were there 2 days later and completed the job...at a much better price. Matt even called a couple days later to make sure everything was running well. They are now my go-to HVAC company.

Dave came today for a scheduled appointment to perform a check-up on our furnace. It was a very positive experience. He was on time, professional and answered all of our questions - not just about our furnace, but the entire hot water baseboard heating system. Our furnace was installed 5 years ago and had not been serviced. You can bet we will be calling Hometown Heating & Cooling next year for an annual check-up.
