I had a heartbreaking inground pool removal that needed to be done and found it very difficult to find a contractor that would take care of all the aspects involved in doing a job of this magnitude until I spoke with Pedro from Costa & Son, LLC. Pedro came out, assessed what needed to be done and wasted no time sending me a very fair quote. Costa & Son, LLC took care of everything involved with removing and filling in the pool, grading the surface, and did a beautiful job pouring our new concrete patio! Adrian and his crew are the best! They worked quickly and efficiently, were respectful of my property and fixed the area of my lawn that had been driven over. They really know their concrete and truly are experts! In this day and age, it is very difficult to find a contractor like this who takes pride in their work and attention to detail! I would highly recommend Costa & Son, LLC to anyone who has a big project like this that also requires concrete work. My new patio is amazing!! When it comes to concrete, look no further than Costa & Son, LLC!

Costa & Sons has been outstanding to work with. They are dependable, communicative, and consistently show up when they say they will. What sets them apart, though, is how genuinely kind and understanding they are when situations change.
It’s rare to find a service provider that is not only reliable but also made up of truly good people. You can tell they care about doing the right thing and taking care of their customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a plowing company (or landscaping company) they can trust. -
I am a homeowner in the town of Ellington, where Costa & Sons recently installed a wonderful, extended sidewalk on Main Street. The quality of the work is second to none and already I have witnessed numerous new citizens using the five foot wide path. The unfortunate experience I had was with the Forman of the job, a young man named Ross. After an employee backed over my mailbox by accident, (and it was promptly replaced) I asked if they wouldn't mind removing my broken one away from the new...along with keeping their large equipment away from my property line because of the difficulty seeing oncoming traffic. After three days of requests, I finally called Tim Webb, the head of Ellington Public Works. Tim said he had sent several requests, along with asking Ross directly, to move equipment that was on my property...but to no avail. Tim finally came down and actually rounded up Costa & Son employees to finally park them away and clear the site lines. I was grateful and appreciative. The problem was when the very next day, a much larger backhoe was parked inches from my property and feet from my mailbox, preventing my family from safely pulling out onto Main Street. This act was so childish, unprofessional, and irresponsible on behalf of someone (Ross) who was in charge of making sure the installation of the sidewalk was to be completed in a safe manner. It was unfortunate that the wonderful work that was completed by a first class team was overshadowed by someone who felt he need to get back at someone.

I had a horrible experience with this company. Without informing us of a policy, I was charged a double rate for snow plowing. They told me that the amount of snow that we received would typically require three visits to remove so they charged us per inch with 6 inches being "one removal".
I understood that, however we were only serviced once. I was told "it doesn't matter" if they serviced my house once or three time it's the same amount of snow.
Of course being serviced three different times would have made a difference in my home and being able to leave. We have been stuck snowed in all day, if they actually came three times we could have left our house so that is a massive difference.
My husband and I are both doctors in the local area and have to take emergency patients even during snow storms.
I just believe more politeness and transparency is needed from this company.
