Mike and team were incredible professional, knowledge and complete in their work!

My upstairs AC stopped working and when I called Encon I was told they were booked a week out. I scheduled the service, and a day later received a call from the Encon team letting me know that they had an opening and could send out a tech if it worked with my schedule. Luckily it worked out so I booked the new time. Justin showed up and was great. Very personable and friendly. Figured out the issue immediately, and fixed the problem. Great work!

Craig is a true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable about his work and always takes time to answer questions. I trust him completely with the servicing of my equipment.

My wife and I love Encon. The team leader (Kenny in our case) has been to the house many times and is familiar with the system. They get everything right time and time again. They show up on time. They come prepared with what is needed. They spend the time figuring out what is causing a problem and dealing with it, instead of patching something that will then recur. They explain everything they are doing and are receptive to answering questions. They definitely cost a bit more. But they deserve it.

My air conditioner suddenly stopped working during a heat wave. The company that had originally installed it had dropped all of their residential customers with no notice and so I was left scrambling to find someone to service it.
I had called several companies in the area and everyone was telling me it’d be at least two weeks before they could get someone out - until I called Encon.
I originally spoke with Jamis on the phone and she was extremely sweet and helpful. She was able to get somebody out the very same day.
Steffan was my technician and he was able to accurately diagnose the problem as well as find a workaround to get my AC running until the new part came in. This was really helpful because I have pets that I didn’t want to subject to extreme temperatures. He also took the time to see if the part was still under warranty by the manufacturer which I appreciated.
Steffan returned to install the part this week and everything has been running smoothly since. The team at ENCON seems to really take pride in both their work and tjeir customer service and it was a pleasure working with them from start to finish. I will be a repeat customer.

Encon has a team of very experienced technicians who are great at both diagnosing the issues and solving them in an effective and expeditious manner. Kenneth did an excellent job today and was patient in explaining the issues, the root causes and the solution recommended.

Encourage office staff was prompt, polite and efficient. And after a visit from a Jr tech, Supervisor Peter came out and in the scorching heat, got my A/C up and running better than before! Great company to work with!

Encon is the best HVAC company we’ve ever used.. They’ve resolved issues that no other HVAC company could—an insufficient humidifier, underperforming air handlers, low performing condensers and they replaced our hot water tank . They also manage our wine cellar cooling system. They always provide several equipment options and present pros and cons with each.They’re trustworthy and thorough and take pride in their work. Kristopher is an outstanding technician who manages our system., The other technicians are excellent too. The service manager Evangelos accompanied Kristopher on our last appointment to take a look at our gas fireplace and ERV system. He’s extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful. Kristopher will be replacing a part on our gas fireplace so we’ll have it time for fall.

I recently had multiple of our home Heating & Cooling units (HVACs) go out during an extreme heat wave in our Greenwich, CT location. Our indoor temperatures rose into the 80s during both the night and day. It was miserable. We called ENCON Heating & Air Conditioning and could not have been happier with the results. On the phone they were very professional and put us on their schedule for service promptly, even during this very busy time. We had called other service providers and they were not able to get to us for more than 2 weeks. When Don and his crew arrived they went right to work on our complicated units. They were thorough, knew exactly what they were doing, including working with the Trane manufacturer to run down special codes and findings. They left with solutions to all our units. We are very comfortable now (rooms are where we want them in the low 70s). What a blessing these guys are and I appreciate all their professional attitude, hard work and knowledge. Michelet Samedy was my tech today and he was awesome. He was so thorough and knowledgeable and double checked everything. In one visit he checked and fixed what our old HVAC company would have taken 5 visits to do. I’m so glad we switched to ENCON.

Jonas arrived in the time window specified, went about his work, and gave me a review of his visit before he left. All good.

From managing to fit me with same-day service, to the technicians’s prompt arrival to the explanation of what he did, I was so pleased with the service
