Jake was great. He was very professional and helpful. He did a great job replacing the baseboard and piping to the second floor of our home. I would highly recommend Jake and Gottier Plumbing.

Gottier is a great company to work with. From scheduling to solving the issue to payment, this company is professional and courteous. They really care about customer service. Jake was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. His service was exceptional and I especially appreciated the time he took to explain everything and make sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommend this company.

I am such a happy person today because of all the research I did on plumbers I remembered that my parents always used Gottier Plumbing and heating! How could I have forgotten?!
I was told my window of time would be between 8:00 and9:00! Jake arrived at 8:00 exactly ! We went around my house and I showed him the jobs I needed done, we then sat down he explained things to me showed me different items,came up with a price(which was very reasonable may I add for what I needed) and after we agreed he started working! A few times he stopped to explain things to me that he felt I should be aware of other than that never quit until all jobs were finished!
The professionalism was greatly appreciated,the smile and kindness he displayed a bonus!
I am glad I remembered Gottier Plumbing! Their prices were much more reasonable then the other companies I looked into! I would use Gottier again and if anyone is looking for plumbing and heating help.. you should also!

Gottier made themselves available for my emergency water heater replacement, told me what they would do and when they would call/show up, and then did what they said they would. Everyone I worked with was pleasant, accommodating, and skillful in their role. This is why I went with a local company instead of a big box installer. I’m confident that any future service I might need for this installation will be handled promptly and professionally. That’s a load off my mind! Thanks, Gottier!

I’m very happy with the Gottier Plumbing Service team and their ability to get a technician out the same day to help with my emergency- a leaking hot water heater. I’m especially happy with the technician, Jake, and his ability to install not only the hot water heater but also the fan and alarm. My basement had just been remodeled so everything was very new. Jake was able to remove the rusted unit and install a new unit without any damage or stains anywhere. I truly appreciate all the extra precautions that he took of his own volition. Thank you Jake and the Gottier Team!!

Gottier is great! Particularly impressive is Jake, the plumber who addressed an emergency pipe break situation we had. Not only was is his work top notch, he took the time to answer a number of questions we asked, and he offered some great advice regarding our plumbing and heating and cooling system. He’s a true professional and an extremely nice guy.

Mark from Gottier Plumbing came today to fix my garbage disposal. He got right to the job and was able to fix the problem. He also gave me tips on keeping the disposal running smoothly along with recommendations if I ever needed to replace the disposal.

After three weeks of showering at the local truck stop with my wife and 7 & 8 year olds (nightmare) We were able to have Gottier Plumbing & Heating come out to assist us.

Jake our technician was absolutely great. It took him no less than 5 or ten minutes to access our situation, and even less time to give us THREE different quotes and each quote with a different option of solution.

If I asked him a question and he DID NOT know the answer, he didn't lie and come up with what he thought would be be the best solution, instead he was honest and courteous. I would recommend this company whole handedly, and I would SPECIFICALLY recommend you ask for Jake. Thank you guys so much for all your help.

The work Mark did was okay, but was not expecting such a high price. Installing a laundry room sink and replacing a bathroom sink and vanity (both of which we purchased and had here) and replacing a water spicket in our backyard.

Update: Tried the outside spicket yesterday and it was spraying a lot inside my basement. I called Gottier and Jake came out the next day. The issue was that I left my hose connected during the winter, but they gave me a discount to replace it again. They were super nice and great service. I get that plumbing is expensive, but this team is very helpful.

Had Gottier plumbing to install new toilet, replace some values and install a pressure regulator on my water system… great work…

LIFE SAVERS!!! Heating went out on a -1 degree night. Inside the house got to 34. Jake quickly came out first thing the next morning to access and repair the issue. He made 22 calls to different stores to finally find the piece needed and was able to fix the same day. Massive shoutout to Jake and the Gottier team. 10/10 would absolutely recommend!

Jake is excellent with customer service! He went above and beyond to really listen to our needs, wants, and concerns. Then he provided a detailed work order encompassing everything we had discussed. He never tried to upsell us on anything but rather provided real solutions to the problems we were experiencing. In the future we will continue to work with Gottier and specifically will request to work with Jake. Thanks so much

I have used Gottier Plumbing & Heating several times this past year and have found the company as a whole to be most professional, upfront about the cost and most friendly to schedule and work with. Both times I used them the technician assigned was Jake who Is very knowledgeable and when asked a question explains in detail exactly what the situation is and how the problem is going to be addressed. Both times that I have used Gottier I learned something new and can say with confidence that Gottier Heating and Plumbing is the first and only place I will reach out to when I have a plumbing and heating problem. In conclusion when you want the best service go to the service provider that provides the best results.

Good plumber! Mateo was friendly and fixed what I needed fixed in a timely, professional manner.

Jacob showed up on the early side of my 2 hr window. He reviewed and estimated multiple requests from me and then I decided on which tasks to proceed with. Everything was fixed and replaced as needed. Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He even changed my filter when noticing reduction in water pressure which I have as so appreciative that he took that extra step.

We recently had our Kitchen faucet replaced. We called Gottier and made an appointment. The tech Jake Cowan showed up on time and was ready to get to work. Jake went above and beyond by helping us pick out a new faucet that they could supply from their inventory. His option was better than the one that I had purchased prior to the appointment. Jake was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and did the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Gottier for any plumbing need you may have.
