We had a tree fall on our house and as soon as Liz received the call she sent over a crew. They did a fantastic job removing the tree and all the debris. My conversations with Liz showed that she is a very caring person and she has very professional and efficient people working for her.

I got quotes from three different tree services and felt they wanted way too much money for the job needed. I spoke with Eduardo at Luna Tree. He was very cordial and professional. He also gave me a much more reasonable quote. Luna Tree just finished the job an our home, and It looks great! They were quick, efficient, respectful and tidy. I highly recommend Luna Tree for their services!

Eduardo and the crew from Luna Tree Care did great work taking down and cleaning up 70 year old birch trees on our property on two separate occasions this year. One of these trees was very tall and was leaning over our property line. The tree was surrounded by other trees that did not need to come down - it was a complicated job that Luna made look easy. They responded very quickly when we had storm damage. They clean up so well, you can hardly tell the trees were ever there.

Luna has top quality equipment and skilled people. Their prices are more than reasonable We have never been so impressed with a local business and we HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who ever needs tree work.

I cannot think of a negative thing to say regarding our experience. The team was great, efficient, and clearly took their time to protect our yard as much as possible through the process which is hard to do. I’ve seen other companies work nearby and the yards are destroyed afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services!

We moved to West Hartford 15 years ago. Luna tree service has done wonderful tree service, plantings, mulching, and spring /fall clean-ups. The owner even gave us planting and landscaping suggestions. The crew always worked hard and did a great job.

We were looking for a local arborist to inspect a tree on our property and give us an opinion on its health. I was concerned that most arborists seem to be working for tree removal companies and I wanted to get an honest opinion that wasn't just a justification for tree removal.

Liz cam out and provided just that - an honest, professional opinion without pitching any other services. Our tree is just fine and needs no further attention. It was a refreshing experience and I highly recommend you give them a call!

I am a new home owner with trees that are old and giant and have not been trimmed for maybe 10 or 15 years. Luna Tree Care was WONDERFUL to work with. Liz did a quick and thorough evaluation and worked with my family by allowing me to pay in installments. Her team was very gracious (despite my being a COMPLETE lookie-loo...it was so interesting to watch them work from the safety of my living room) and even went out of their way to cut the large branches down to rings I can now use as a garden path! I don’t normally write reviews, but this is an exception. Recently, I had a tree fall on a clients house of mine on a Friday night. The tree was enormous (approximately 100 feet) and had settled on the house. There were concerns that the tree could shift and possibly cause more damage. I reached out to Luna Tree Care. They were out in under an hour, gave me a quote and said they’d be ready to go first thing in the morning. It was a huge job that took the largest crane I have ever seen to cut and remove the tree from the house and yard. By Saturday afternoon, the tree was removed from the house, and by Sunday afternoon all debris had been cleared. All that was remaining were the massive logs from the trunk and they were cleared out first thing Monday morning. I can’t thank Liz, Eduardo and the whole crew at Luna Tree Care enough for their help removing the tree as quickly as they did which limited any further damage to the house. On a sidenote, it was a weekend of sweltering heat that their crew had to deal with. I have since had them over to my house to evaluate and trim trees, and I would highly recommend that you do as well.

Just an excellent experience overall. Communication, execution and attention to detail. They cleaned up everything, even branches that fell before they started. Highly recommended.

On July 25th, our neighbor’s tree fell on our roof during a storm, rolled down and blocked the whole front of the house falling on our electrical wires. I called Luna Tree service the next day and Melinda contacted Eduardo who came out that morning. That evening, Eduardo came back with his team to cut and chip the tree.
Liz Pang, the owner, came out to assess the trees in our yard and the other two trees in our neighbor’s yard that were close to our house and in danger of falling. She is knowledgeable and accessible.

Luna Tree Care LLC is an excellent tree removal company. Working with the owner Liz, her business partner Eduardo and front office contact, Melynda was a professional, friendly and great experience. The entire tree care team were so helpful, professional and did such great work.

In addition to removing a very large oak tree next to the house, they also removed large branches from six other large oaks over the house and driveway.

The same day, the team removed all the wood from the yard, chipped the branches, thoroughly raked the yard, cleared the driveway, ground the large tree stump and blew all the wood chips from the roof of the house. It was amazing to watch their process.

They did an amazing job cleaning up the yard of my new house and planting beautiful cherry trees that are now just starting to flower! The prices were super reasonable and the office staff was prompt to communicate with me. Plus the owner has an adorable dog!

This is my 2nd time using Luna Tree Care. They have a well organized and proficient team. Liz made it easy to schedule and was very communicative during the whole process. She provided me with the Certificate on Insurance upon request prior to the work. The stars of the show though are the tree artists that dissemble trees will you watch in awe. They have the equipment and skills necessary to handle almost any job. They removed a very large tree for me that required not damaging any structures around it. They handled it with ease and completed the removal in a days work. I can't recommend this company highly enough if you need any tree work.

I contacted Luna tree service to remove some branches that were hanging too low and some were on my neighbors garage. Eduardo came out and assessed the situation and gave me an estimate. I called the office to set up an appointment. They had a cancellation that afternoon and I was available for them to do the work that day. Eduardo’s crew did a fantastic job! They were very professional, precise and quick! After all the branches were cut and removed. The guys cleaned up the area and left no traces that they were ever here! The trees look great! We shared the cost of removing 16 Hemlocks with my Mom’s neighbor. These trees were old and needed to come down. One fell and just missed my Mom’s house.
We settled on Luna Tree and Edwardo’s crew. They were reasonable, efficient and cleaned up well. It was a big job and we are all very pleased. My Mom’s aide said they were very meticulous. 👌👌💪.

I’m a West Hartford resident, and I recently worked with Luna Landscaping and Luna Tree Care. They tackled tree and stump removal, a full spring cleanup, and mulching in both my front and back yards. They did an amazing job.
The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and the tree removal was handled with real skill. They cleaned up everything, branches, stumps, leaves, so the yard looked spotless and totally transformed. The mulching gave the place a huge curb appeal boost.
