Andrew and crew came over and did an excellent job on thinning out our two trees in the front yard. Cleanup was excellent and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about how to properly thin out the maple and the dogwood. Would recommend Troutbrook foe future work.

Andrew is not only a subject matter expert in his field but a great person to deal with. He explains what is needed and goes above and beyond to help his clients if he sees issues that need to involve city and even insurance. I would highly recommend his company.

We hired Trout Brook to take down a very large tree (~70 ft), plant a new large tree, and re-sod our entire lawn. Andrew is a true professional, and runs a well managed company. He was very knowledgeable, and he followed-up as promised on each part of the job, as scheduled, in an extremely timely manner. I would highly recommend him.

Andrew and his team were fantastic throughout and our experience was excellent. All the folks we spoke with were very knowledgeable, took the time to walk us through the process, and were thoughtful in their recommendations and options they offered. The tree removal was fast and comprehensive, and I was particularly happy with the thoroughness of the clean up of the affected lawn areas and the care they took with a fence that was obstructing the tree. Would definitely recommend.

Andrew is the absolute BEST!! We had a difficult job and the crew we originally hired didn't have the right equipment. To that crew's credit, when they realized they couldn't complete the job, they called in Andrew at Trout Brook Landscaping and our problems were solved!! When Andrew heard he was needed, Andrew he came on-site almost immediately and saved the day. Demonstrating his amazing work ethic and great machinery, Andrew had the job done in a couple of hours.

Not only that, because we had already paid the original crew, Andrew refused to charge us any extra and made sure our project turned out exactly as we envisioned. The first crew was happy they found a way to successfully complete the job, we were happy to find Andrew and Andrew, well, he earned his reputation as an amazing arborist, problem solver and person.

Highly recommend. Professional, courteous, and friendly. They did a lovely job of removal of 3 large dead/dying maple trees and pruning on our massive 100+ yr old white oak. After contacting them online, they were at my home within 24 hrs and provided a written quote, which was competitive with another quote I received and very reasonable. They were then able to complete the work in a timely manner- the next week. They have done a lot of work in our neighborhood and their reputation and reliability continues to spread via word of mouth! Thank you Ian and team.

Andrew and his crew are great to work with. They showed up when they said they would, were very courteous and went over all work to be done before proceeding. Two large trees needed pruning and the crew worked meticulously selecting the branches to be cut. They were considerate of the neighbors and cleaned up all debris before leaving. Our first experience, Andrew paid a visit spending time walking through our yard, offering practical care advice for pruning and maintenance of decorative trees and other large mature growth. We’ve had turf laid down following a late spring sewer repair and the crew even spread surplus soil and spread seed on another trouble spot across the yard.

Trout Brook Arborists have been doing my spring/summer pruning/cutting of shrubbery for several years now. And I've always been very happy with their work. When I remind them about being careful where they step, they listened and were very careful to not crush or step on any of my flowering lilies etc. And they cleaned up very well.

Sent and inquiry online looking for an urgent limb removable. I did this around 4 pm on a Sunday. Andrew reached out and came to look at the limb that afternoon. Limb and some additional dead pieces were taken care of the next afternoon. I have never experienced that level of service. They did a top rate job. Highly recommend!

This is our third job with Trout Brook Arborists and we are very pleased with their services. Andrew & his team are very responsive, thorough and friendly. They cover the gamut of work from big tree removal (most recent job), to yard work to gutter cleaning. High quality services with high quality equipment. The most recent job was the removal of a large spruce tree between our house and the neighbors, The Trout Brook team took the large tree down in 4 sections using their crane, chipped it all up, cut some fire place lengths for me and cleaned up all within ~ 1.5hrs. Later that day they ground the stump, cleaned up all the chips and moved the curt lengths to my backyard. Left it almost as if there was a never a tree there all within 4hours or so. Thanks to Andrew and the Trout Brook Team for another excellent job done. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for tree and landscaping work!!

Trout Brook Landscaping did a great job trimming a very old tree in my yard to take the weight off of a large storm damaged branch, and hopefully extend the life of the tree.

They have also provided me with guidance on taking care of trees and they trimmed other trees in my yard to keep space from buildings.
