I had a new HVAC installed last week, had a great experience with scheduling and the installation. I love the heater so far, it works much better than my last one, so far. I love the extras like the indoor unit installed in a drip pan with a moisture detector. Thanks!

Phil responded within minutes of me reaching out when our HVAC seemingly stopped working on quite a warm day. He came within hours, was really kind and even educated us on the thermostat we have on what to expect. He did not try to charge us for anything we didn't need which so many people seem to do. Will 100% only use Tri Elite in the future

Heat stopped working New Years Eve night, called three local companies and none had availability till Friday today being Wednesday and Holiday wasn’t looking good, not to mention 36 degrees out. Reached out to Tri-Elite and Phil called right back and was at my home within few hours. The fix was an easy one but he could have easily said it was worse than it was and I appreciated his honesty, hard to find these days. No extra charge for Holiday either which could have easily charged. Very polite and professional, great interaction, will be my HVAC professional for as long as I live in Delaware.

Phil came to my house after I called him because my heater had completely shut down. I had used another company and after being charged $2300 and returning 3 times my heater still did not work so I decided to call Tri Elite. Phil came right over and within 45 minutes my heater was working. It's been over a week and my heater is working like a charm. Phil is honest, hard working and knows his stuff.
