I really loved working with this team. we talked to several other company's and Natures call was well under the cost of everyone else the work was perfect. i could not have made this job look anywhere near as good and it works. they installed a drain for us and it works like a charm. the men cleaned up like they were never there. the owner was wonderful to work with. it was small job others didn't want. This team took it on and did it to perfection. i couldn't be happier with them or the work they did for us. i will tell everyone that askes who did the job.

We have nothing but high praise for Nature's Call Landscaping. Kevin, the proprietor is so easy to work with and most accommodating, specifically very patient and open to suggestions. We are so pleased with the outcome and Kevin's follow-up with us. The hard-scaping border he recommended looks great as do the steps to our back porch that he replaced. His employees are hardworking, polite and very helpful.

Kevin is very responsive in answering questions and understanding our needs. His crew were amazing - definitely work horses! They were here on time each day and if weather was questionable, Kevin called to let us know immediately so we weren't waiting. A retainer wall was built which leveled our sloped back yard and I am looking forward to planting the area in the spring. Also a drainage pipe installed with river rock on top. We are waiting for a heavy rain to see if the water is going to be directed to the right place. Very happy with this team and would recommend them highly!

Kevin and his team installed a drain in my backyard that had major issues with pooling. Kevin was very responsive to every request and question I had. His team came out and installed the drain and re-sodded half of my backyard in one day. They followed up the next day to make sure everything was okay. I would recommend using nature’s calling.

We highly recommend Nature's Call landscaping for their outstanding hardscaping work. They replaced our walkways, which had constantly pooled with rain, ice and snow, and created well-draining bluestone pathways and patios which look lovely and function well. Kevin had many ideas on how to deal with the water and weed issues in our garden. The Nature's Call crews were friendly, highly skilled craftsmen. Kevin Cleaver, the owner, was always responsive and accommodating to our needs. It was a pleasure to work with Nature's Call, a recommendation that we don't make often.
We should also add that Nature's Call's prices were dramatically better than another local firm that had also given us an estimate.

Nature's Call installed a paver patio and walkway over an existing concrete patio, sidewalk, and dirt area. The team was professional, punctual and very responsive to our needs and questions. The project took about 10 days and minor changes to the design were handled quickly and efficiently. At the completion of this phase of the project sod was installed over areas of the lawn impacted by the use of equipment necessary to do the work. I look forward to spring to complete the other phases of the project. I definitely recommend Kevin and his team to anyone requiring landscaping services.

In the past few years, I have had several occasions where storm water collected in my back and side yards to the point where it would pour into vents in the crawl space under my addition and run into my unfinished basement. I had Kevin stop by to access the situation and he had several suggestions. They included installing window wells around the vents, grading the soil and constructing a stone drainage area. I moved forward with job and could not be happier. It looks much better that I had visualized and has already been tested with yesterday’s storm. The crew that did the job were very professional and experienced. They paid so much detail to the job that you would have thought they were working on their own property. I felt like they took their time and did the job right instead of rushing to get done and move on to the next job. I would not hesitate to use Natures Call again or recommend their services.

We had Natures Call install underground extensions on our 3 downspouts. They did a great job. All the guys knew exactly what they were doing. They had all the right equipment. They dug three 10 foot trenches, installed PC pipe with pop-up valves, and covered the trenches over with new sod. Now all the water drains away from the foundation and we have a super dry basement.

For many years my backyard would turn into a lake anytime it rained. This year I had the funds to finally correct this and contracted Nature's Call. Kevin came out and answered all of my questions and gave me several options.

His team came out to complete the job as scheduled and did a great job. There was still one area of the backyard that had some puddling so I reached out to Kevin. He responded quickly and sent his team out the following week to make some adjustments. No more lakefront property!

The staff at Nature’s Call are terrific from the guys doing the work to the front office billing staff. Everyone works hard to get it right. This is perhaps the third time we have asked Kevin and his crew to update our landscaping and they have never disappointed. Highly recommended.

Kevin Cleaver and his staff are the best...competent, professional, punctual. With questions and concerns, Kevin and his site managerr Yersson, were patient, caring and thorough in their explanations. The hard working staff completed the project of upgrading our landscaping and installing underground drainage in three days! They remodeled our tired 30 year old front and side yards and transformed them into a fresh, beautiful space. In doing so, Kevin incorporated some of the existing legacy plants into the design. We are so pleased and delighted with our revitalized landscaping. We are receiving many compliments and inquiries, and happily respond Nature's Call did this lovely work!

I have been using Natures Call Landscaping for over 5 years. Their work is impeccable ! The landscaping designs are unique and gorgeous. Kevin (the owner) is so great about coming over and discussing his plans and designs , and his crew are always one time, friendly and neat! I also had them do a huge paver stone patio, outdoor kitchen and stone fire pit! They turned my backyard into paradise! I am constantly getting compliments on my yard. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

We contacted Nature's Call to do a major overhaul of our front and side yards. The work they did was incredible and I still can't believe that this is my house after the transformation was complete. My pleasure with this company doesn't stop there, however. Every person that I spoke to, whether on the phone or in person, was knowledgeable and helpful and I felt like any of my questions and requests were taken seriously, even when I wasn't exactly sure what I was asking.

Nature’s Call solved our driveway drainage problem. Our driveway slopes down toward the yard, resulting in a large puddle forming at the base where it transitions into the grass after a hard rain. The puddle was so large that all four tires of our pickup truck could sit in several inches of water that lasted several days. Each contractor I spoke with had a different idea on how to solve the drainage problem, but I was most impressed by Kevin’s approach. He used a tool to accurately determine the pitch needed to keep the water flowing. He built his strategy from the readings, in other words hard data, not guesswork. Furthermore, Kevin insisted on a very specific type of drainage pipe to carry the runoff away – one that will last and not crumble underground. This was a major concern and I’ve seen firsthand how ordinary PVC pipe can crack and collapse in on itself over time when used in underground drainage applications. Kevin and his team at Nature’s Call were a pleasure to work with every step of the way. I knew my property was in good hands. It’s been more than two years now and Kevin’s solution has worked beautifully. Best of all I no longer have to step into a deep puddle to get into or out of the truck when it rains! I highly recommend Nature's Call for drainage solutions.
