Excellent service from Luke. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, did a good job in bringing two HVAC systems to great shape. He also gave useful tips on air quality and maintenance.

Luke is honest and fair. I'm not an easy customer and Im sure I drove him crazy. However, he always answered all of my questions and was more then willing to walk me through what needed to be done. I will admit, he is very to the point and does not beat around the bush. That might be hard for some people if they are use to someone sugar coating what they say. Luke does not sugar coat anything. He tells you exactly what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, how much it costs and then gets it done. I truly appreciate that.I will always use him for any issue we have.

We all know how tough it is to find good, quality, HONEST service these days. These guys went above and beyond to get our AC unit installed. They were clean and thorough. I even received a call a few days after our new AC install to confirm that everything was working as it should. Highly recommend Alpha Comfort Design.

Luke w/ Alpha comfort design helped us with a huge AC leak due to a previous company’s lack of efficiency. Though the job took a good chunk of time, he was respectful and diligent in getting it completed as fast as possible but most importantly - correctly. Thank you!

Pleasantly nice experience all around considering your never really in the mood to have to replace one of you AC units. The sales person was informative about our options and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. The installer not only was really careful to not make a mess and vacuumed after himself but he was really sweet to my 8 year old who asked more than a few questions about what he was doing.

Luke did outstanding service for us. It was that 90 degree week in spring in Florida. We had coverage thru Old Home Republic Insurance. Luke got us the best deal and performed the installation in an outstanding manner. Thanks Luke! And that accent is crazy.

Luke is the only person I am going to in order to service our AC. He is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and does not oversell on stuff we do not need. We hired him last month to install a new evaporator coil in our townhome. He went above and beyond by installing a new liftup drawer underneath our coil for us to fit better AC filter options! He even took the time to fill out the paperwork for us so that our new coil was warranty registered for 10 years! I am definitely going to hire him in the future to maintain our AC. 5 stars all the way!

I would highly recommend Luke at Alpha Comfort Design. He is super professional, knowledgeable and fast to respond when their is an issue with my A/C and Heat. He also is extremely reasonable regarding price too. I hands down recommend him, as he will take very good care of you.

I own a one family home near Orlando, Florida. I needed to replace my aging HVAC system. I contacted Alpha Comfort Design because I wanted to use a local contractor in case I needed service later. It was the best phone call I have made in quite some time. Luke's knowledge of HVAC is boundless. Not only did he answer all my questions, but when there was more than one answer, he gave me the BEST alternative. He just finished the install of a complete HVAC system for me. The system works perfectly. He left my house as clean as it was before they set foot here. The attention to detail is incredible. He provided me with a copy of the manufacturer's warranty the same day as he completed the work. I had my inspection today and the work passed with flying colors. This man is both knowledgeable, highly skilled and very honorable. His quoted price was THE PRICE, period. No surprises. His work is excellent. I would recommend him to anyone who needs repair or replacement of their HVAC equipment. I feel I have made a new friend.

Luke got back to me in less then ten minutes after I called after hours. He schedule an appointment for the next day. Showed up on time, and solved my AC needs. Even replaced a breaker for me! Great company and great people! This is the second time I've used them, and couldn't be happier with my service. Use Alpha Comfort!

Called Luke Saturday for a free estimate. Had a quote within an hour. He installed unit on Monday and was finished by noon. Luke was very professional and well organized. Got a great price and left a clean jobsite. Highly recommended!

Breath of fresh air finding a reliable AC company. Other companies cancelled appointments or didn't show. Luke was really reliable, explained the issue, and explained every step he took to solve the problem. He even stayed to test that the AC unit works perfectly fine before he left.

I requested service via my home warranty company Old Republic Home Protection and was lucky to have had Luke come out from Alpha Comfort Design. A superior customer experience, Luke explained step by step what the issue was during diagnostics and was able to complete the job in an hour. I will absolutely be requesting Luke from Alpha Comfort Design whenever my A/C & heating unit requires service.

Luke did a great job on repairing my A/C system. He came out on a Sunday and was professional, friendly, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend to anyone. He is one of the good guys!

We have had Luke from Alpha Comfort Design out every year to inspect our system and ensure it's tuned up. He has also reconfigured some ducts/vents for better air flow and replaced a coil. I highly recommend ACD, they are trust worthy, on time, responsive and thoroughly explain the repairs. I highly recommend them for HVAC issues/repairs.

Luke and his crew at Alpha Comfort Design exceeded my expectations at every step of the process. The estimate and quote process was thorough and informative, the price negotiation and communication were very fair and straightforward, and the installation of my new A/C with air handler couldn't have gone smoother or faster. I have used Luke at Alpha Comfort Design several times now. He will be my go to A/C guy from now on! Knowledgeable, dependable, highly professional and will not try to oversell things you don't need. Those are very important qualities in any service related company. In addition to my own house I have used him and his company in my profession as a realtor and have not had one single complaint from my customers, only very good feedback from them...again something very important to me.

My wife and i are expecting our first kid shortly, and our ac in our new house was installed in 1989! Clogged coils, leaks, noisy and would run for days trying to heat or cool our little home. We had a few days left on our home warranty and decided to call it in. Luke called us 10 minutes after the call to the warranty company and was out inspecting our ac the next day. He recommended a new unit which he installed a few days later. Couldn't be happier. Great employees, great service and even better pricing. You can't go wrong with alpha.

Absolutely amazing to work with! We called in the middle of the day and Luke came out just a few hours later to look at some issues we had with our AC.
