Fernando came today. I got a new system in December. There were these weird things going wrong with it. Turns out, Fernando figured out that it's the thermostat. He replaced it with a new one that has wifi. And I can control it with my phone. This is what I was kinda wanting anyway. Everything seems to be working well now. Fernando was very courteous and knowledgeable. All the techs here have been pretty good though.

Outstanding service and great customer care. The technician, Tom Kelly, was very thorough and honest about the issues. The technician Philip Jackson came on time as expected, very well mannered person, showed and explained to me everything he was doing . He did his job excellently (clean, checked ,drain and etc the a/c unit ) he recommend things that needed to be done. I would recommend him for his professionalism of his job and most of all for being honest because now a days only few technician / person you can trust . I’ve been a cool today customer for 2 years now and no regrets signing this maintenance service on a/c unit, plumbing and electrical with this company it prevent me for any problem that might cost me a fortune .

I just had my ac replaced by Cool Today and I couldn't be more pleased with my new system. Mr. AJ was super honest and gave me deal I couldn't pass on for a complete Carrier package. I had quotes as high as $18k from other companies. Mr. AJ destroyed all of them with ease. Mr. Melwing Gonzalez and his apprentice Ivan were truly amazing!! They installed my Carrier heat pump with a new concrete slab, circuit breaker, air handler, UV ray, and a digital thermostat!! The quality and professionalism was top tier and I was truly amazed during the final walkthrough. They cleaned up everything and provided me with documented instructions on the UV ray and the thermostat. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of AC services!!!

I scheduled routine maintenance for my a/c unit and the scheduling was very flexible and accommodating. On the morning of my appointment, Thomas Kelly texted me he was on his way and I was able to see his location. Thomas was very friendly and knowledgeable. This company has been terrific and would definitely recommend.

Jeff was professional, on time, and courteous throughout the entire process. When he arrived he wore shoe covers in the house and was very thorough in his inspection. He found the issue and corrected the plumbing problem. We were so impressed with his work that we will happily use this company again in the future. Great job Jeff !

We had a technician from Cool Today to do our bi-annual maintenance. Malik was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We were very happy with the service provided.

I had the A/C tune up/inspection. I have had a few different people out over the years but this is the best company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I feel they offer much more than other companies with their check up. More than that they are very honest and straight forward. I had Jackson come to help me out with my A/C and his straightforward honesty and explanation of both my needs and the services offered put me at ease to finally get some work done that I had been putting off due to being scammed by other companies with hidden fees, added cost, and manipulative sales pitches. I will definitely be doing business with them again and I hope that that always send Jackson to service my home! They also send a very comprehensive explanation with photos of all work done and why they believe you need certain things done. Very good company!

Tech can out to my home for regular air conditioner check up as per my appointment today. I usually get a different tech every time they come out. All of the techs have been extraordinary. Very knowledgeable, detail oriented, respectful and always take the time to revise the whole system. I am very happy with the services I’ve received from Cool Today. Thank you.

He did warranty work on the plumbing under my kitchen sink and the second bathroom. He came in and repaired both of them quickly. He was easy to talk to very knowledgeable about plumbing. I give him 10 stars if I could, but unfortunately, we only give them five so we’re gonna give them a 5+10

Yes i had service/maint on my a/c heat pump unit and the items that were brought to my attention that needed some repair were l listed out in the order of importance needding repair. The negotiated price I was offered I thought was very fair. In the past cool today has always been on time and stood behind their workI I would defiantly recommend my technician, William Ramos. He was very professional and thorough at the job I requested to be done.

I love service that comes on-time and takes care the problem promptly and efficient. Cool 😎 today is a great company that understands customer service. I appreciate how quickly they took my call and scheduled my service even on a Sunday and same day. I highly recommend this company for all the services they offer.

Mr. Cowen is the most knowledgeable plumber I have met. He went through everything with me and listened to me. I had 2 other companies here days proior and they didn't listen and wanted disaster. Service was professional and comfortable. Thank you Mr. Cowen. 100% satisfaction because of him.

Very pleased with the guys who came out and this 5 star review is to be credited to them rather than the company. Their website said they relined pipes and the reason I called them - to get an estimate for a pipe relining. However, when the guys arrived, they advised Cool Today doesn't reline pipes in this specific area.

Devin was an excellent HVAC technician—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He showed up on time, clearly explained the issue, and walked me through the best options without any pressure. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and everything was left clean and running perfectly. It’s clear Devin takes pride in his work and truly cares about doing the job right. I highly recommend Devin to anyone needing reliable, honest HVAC service.

Devin R. did a great job. Very knowledgeable and explained everything during each phase of my semi-annual A/C service. He went above and beyond by checking my ductwork due to a concern about one room not feeling as cool as the rest of the home. He did find a a small opening in the manifold in the attic and offered to repair at additional cost, however this is a repair I am comfortable to complete myself. It is good to have this information. Cool Today is lucky to have Devin R. And should consider him for a leadership role within the company when the opportunity presents itself. Well done young man. Keep up the great work. If I could request him for every service I would indeed.

This was my first experience with Cooltoday. They contacted me the day before to confirm the appointment and even sent me a picture of the technician who would be coming to my home, which I really appreciated. Victor arrived on time and was very professional and experienced. He explained everything in detail, making sure I understood and was satisfied with the service.
