I just went through a pipe leak and subsequent re-pipe at my home. Last minute I decided it was time to remodel the bathroom and as many of us do, I went to Home Depot to buy a porcelain bathtub. Given the hurry I was in, I did not think to check the color against the tiles I had purchased. SO once the tub was installed on the second floor I noticed the bathtub looked beige next to the tiles (it was supposed to be white). In addition, the slip-resistant area was damaged and instead of a subtle sanded feeling it had a harsh coarse sanded feeling to it (I would have sanded away my buttocks on it). Desperate I looked online for Lowe's and HD to get a tub last minute and they had nothing but a group of tubs which were scratched, cracked, and had poor reviews.
I called everywhere trying to find a tub I could pick up immediately to no avail.
I found Ferguson online and called to see if they could help. I spoke with Mr. Jensen and he listened to what I needed, he was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, and HONEST. He took the time to email me info and I took a gamble and purchased a bathtub OVER THE PHONE.
The tile installer picked it up and when it arrived, it was the RIGHT color, there were no scratches or dents, and it looked BEAUTIFUL! And cheaper than HD!

The best crew they can have is that the Altamonte store. Dennis has been the best manager that store has had. James and Brice are what bring this Trio together

I’m so happy I found these guys. Excellent customer service. Don’t waste your time with the know-nothings at the big box stores like I did.

As a service plumber, I’m calling Ferguson almost on a daily basis. The guys in Altamonte are always in a good mood and ready to help with whatever is you’re looking for. I see a lot customers go there that aren’t plumbers and they give them the same respect and time as the people that are in there regularly.

They are an OK company. They may not be the biggest and the best but they are certainly helpful and caring.

I have been to this store about 5 times. They have most of the items that you need for your immediate plumbing issues.

Its not a fancy plumbing supplies store but its still satisfactory for your urgent requirements.

I like the staff here. Their staff is helpful, prompt and supportive of your needs.

I think their rates are reasonably good.

Recently went back to Ferguson and wish I could give them 5 more stars. All staff very helpful and friendly. Got me the part I needed and I got my industrial sink up and running again in no time.

Great place for plumbing supply very professional knowledgeable staff this is a place you go when you try the other places and they've all failed. I would do a great deal more business with them unfortunately for me I'm all over the place all the time and don't have the luxury of planning my day and material list so I have to deal with the big chain stores.
