Excellent work. Ronaldo kept us up-to-date every week on the pools progress. They were really organized and quick (whole project was completed in 3 months, including the time waiting for permits). Something to highlight is the level of detail they maintain on their work. It really shows how seriously they take their customer's satisfaction.

Ryan Holland and his entire team are the most professional contractors I have had the pleasure hiring, period.
All usual pain, patience and frustration one must endure when hiring any contractor to do any type of project - these guys were the exact opposite; what a pleasant surprise..
Starting from their fair pricing, no budget surprises, work started on time, their attention to details and perfectionism, calling to check if everything is ok after getting paid in full and more.
It was a real pleasure, I would not hire anyone else for a custom high-end pool. I just wish they had more services that I could hire them for instead of all the rest of the contractors out there !

Excellent design and construction. They use the best quality materials, specifically they use the original PebbleTec which really makes a difference in pool finishes.
But what I really like is the service that support their company after everything is done. Matt Clark is in charge of that department, and I only have positive feedbacks about him. He is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very fast solving any issue.

We chose Paradise Pools by Design because of Brett Holland and their eceptional experance with rock work . He came out to our house to view our property and listen to our wants / desires for our dream pool. We had a unique yard and needed advise for pool placement. Unlike other contractors Brett took our input along with the flow of our house and yard into the design. He obviously spent many hours creating the design concept. His 3D rendering was beyond the best technology used to show our future dream pool. We had not experiance this type of detail and visual expearance with other pool companies. He made us feel very comfortable and proved that he was our advocate in this pool process.

Paradise Pools by Design installed the luxury pool of my dreams. From the early planning stages, Wes created a computer generated pool and landscape design that was perfect for my needs and well within my budget. He kept me informed as to what to expect during each phase of the pool construction. The completed project was just what I wanted. I would highly recommend Paradise Pools to anyone looking for new pool construction.

These guys built us our dream pool. Ryan is an all-star designer, Jason spearheaded the construction and was always easy to reach and kept in good communication with us. Great crew, always were easy to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to create paradise in their backyard!

Tod Brown (Designer/ Sales) and Justin Miller (Construction Supervisor) - What an outstanding duo!

Tod listened intently and clearly saw "the vision" as we sat down the first time and he drew out and created a perfect pool with all the curves, characteristics and appeal that we desired. All this was happening while Tod's fun attitude and slight sarcasm shined. 🙂 A pool is only as good as it's "guts." He not only made the pool look good from the outside, but he also made sure we had the best of the best plumbing, pump, UV, Fusion2 and lighting options. He ensured we were comfortable and confident with the final design and brought us to the cost we felt most comfortable with.

Justin came to bat for us from the very beginning, ensuring the plethora of subcontractors that came through our back yard were the best of the best. All work completed was done with such accuracy and quality and never appeared to be rushed. If we had any questions during the process, Justin was just a call or text away, always answering immediately or quickly responding. Justin made us feel comfortable and confident in the process even when things might have appeared chaotic at times.

A masterpiece doesn't start off looking that way, but give it some time and the pricelessness of it will gradually appear. This is how we feel about our oasis. We truly have a paradise to call our own! We are very pleased with our pool and patio area from Paradise Pools . From start to finish we were kept well informed of the progress and completion was actually ahead of scheduled date. Ryan helped us design the perfect pool to fit our property. He was very informative and helpful with the decision making process. All the sight workers were very polite and kept the work area well organized. We highly recommend Paradise ❤️
