I wanted to take the time to say thank you for all your assistance with our new home. Brian Wolford was wonderful and extremely easy to work with. My realtor, Sarah, has worked with many builders throughout her career, and she loved working with Brian. For that reason, she normally deters buyers from looking into new construction, but now she will be bringing more buyers to your team.

Brian promptly took care of items for us and was attentive to anything else we needed to get done for the house. He was patient, kind, and very professional.

We love our new HOUSE!!! :)

Worked with Trace and Dimitri to buy our dream home at Waterset and they made the process easy! Both were very kind and helpful and any time we needed a question answered, they were quick to do so. Excellent customer service. Dimitri went above and beyond to make sure the house was about perfect upon move in and if there was an issue, he was quick to resolve. We only just closed this week but so far we are thrilled with our experience working with this team.

Amazing experience with this team especially Dimitri Gianopulos and Trace Williams.

I am a first time homeowner and learning the ropes as I go. Dimitri and Trace have been there every step of the way going above and beyond from teaching me how to use new appliances to best practices and how to be prepared. Choosing Richmond American for our first home was definitely the right decision. Everything was well organized from the moment we walked in to tour the homes, to the resolution of all the issues noted by the inspection company after the 1-year mark.

While I understand how homes are built these days, regardless of the builder or price point, the Richmond American team truly showed that they care about their homeowners. Even contractors from other companies working around the house have noticed the extra effort our builder put into various aspects during construction of our house.

Keep your money and run the other way

Bought a new construction home from Richmond American. One month later the **brand new** dryer went bad. Two months later, I am still without a functioning dryer. Timely communication, zero solutions. I hope no one has to deal with **brand new** appliances breaking down when they purchase from this builder. It’s a nightmare.

Received a defective AC unit when I purchased this home. Instead of replacing the unit, they keep resending technicians to temporary fix the issue. My one year inspections will be coming up in October and they refuse to replace it. I will not recommend this company.
