I have had a paradise Plumbing do several jobs for me. I have always been completely satisfied with the work. They are always prompt and very personable.

Zac was friendly and efficient. He was on time and completed the service without any issues.

On time, honest, professional repairs, courteous. Only company that answered the phone on a Sunday even tho they’re generally closed on weekends. Spoke to me at length regarding our plumbing issues, put us on the schedule early the following day. Appreciate their prompt service!

Tim was very pleasant and worked hard to resolve my issue. He explained what needed to be done and seemed to work quickly. I am very pleased that I called Paradise Bay.

We called this morning after discovering a leak coming from under our bathroom vanity. We called Paradise about leak detection needing to be done and they referred us to Sleuthe Leak Detection who came same day. After Sleuthe came, I called Paradise back and they were able to send out a tech the same day who found and replace our copper pipe in the wall in a matter of hours. Fantastic customer service and we greatly appreciate the quick turnaround with it being a Friday. We only have one bathroom in our home and if we would’ve had to wait, our issue could’ve gotten worse.

Zac, the technician that came to my home, was professional. He listened to my issues, thoroughly inspected the affected areas and related appliances, and made appropriate recommendations. One of the best service calls I have had with home contractors. I will only call Paradise for any plumbing needs in the future!

I was going to change faucets in our bathroom but got stuck getting the bolts off the handles under the cabinet. Zac came out and put the rest of the faucets in superbly. Clean, knowledgable and smooth worker.

Will use for future plumbing needs. Very happy with their service.

Joe and his team are the best, I had the most challenging scope of work and he stuck with it, fixed everything even with changes and requirements from county. When odd and challenging issues came up, he always showed up and fixed without complaint or making it difficulty. 9/8/2025 Zac Morin Installed a new toilet, sink with faucet. The toilet installation required offset flange replacement before the new toilet could be replaced and this was a new experience for me. To the best of my knowledge Zac did a very professional job with a difficult replacement and left the bathroom clean when he was finished.

4/25/2025 Joe and Zac Morin did a great job installing our new water filtration system today. Good scheduling, on time, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Great people to work with, we highly recommend them.

I can’t recommend Paradise Bay Plumbing enough! We had a nightmare situation with our old toilet—looked nasty and even had roots growing around the flange. It was a disaster, but Paradise Bay Plumbing handled it like a true professional.
From the start, they were prompt, courteous, and explained everything clearly. They removed the old mess, addressed the root problem, and installed a brand-new toilet flawlessly. The work was done efficiently, and they left the area spotless when finished.

Zac, my Paradise Bay Plumbing technician, did an outstanding job fixing my kitchen sink/ disposal issue. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. The work space was left clean and neat. Paradise Bay Plumbing came highly recommended by a family member and I agree if you have any plumbing needs do not hesitate to call them. I got a good feeling from the beginning at the friendliness of the operator that booked my appointment. Zac just happened to be the same plumber that worked at my sister’s home…small world! They answered the phone right away, they came out the same day, Zac showed up on time, did a good job clearing the blocked kitchen sink drain and he replaced a vent at no extra charge, he took precautions to keep the floor clean and cleaned up afterwards. They’re a bit pricey though but we’re real happy about the service.

Quick response to our leaking water heater. Tim was very courteous and friendly. Heater was replaced with the brand we had. Would definitely call them again.

Zac from Paradise Bay Plumbing, Apollo Beach, did a superb job fixing both of my toilets today. Very friendly and professional... and cleaned up before leaving too! Truly appreciate the multiple hours spent to get the job done right. My cat liked him too and she doesn't like everybody. Lol.

Contacted for, and work provided, was for a re-pipe for the house due to home insurance requirements.
Everything was done professionally, and completely, and the water system works better than it did with the original pipes.
Provided all services that were requested, gave suggestions on improvements or alterations, and informed me of all portions of the job that were going to require other services.
All cut-outs were squared out and even for after-inspection drywall work.

I always choose Paradise Bay Plumbers. They arrive on time, do professional work. Explaining what repairs need to be done and completing it within my budget. Their entire team, from the time I call for an appointment to the moment the plumber leaves the property is handled with open communication and competency.
