Great company to work with! From the initial call to the day of service, they were professional and courteous. They kept us informed and up to date as the appointment got closer. The tech was super nice, efficient, and quick. He showed me everything he did and took pics as well. I highly recommend them!! (We’ve been using them for years and their customer service has always been excellent!)

Extremely nice, knowledgeable, capable people. They both fix and prevent problems. I've been relying on them to take care of our AC and heating for years. You couldn't find a better group.

Josh was efficient, pleasant and a pleasure to have to the house. Diagnosis was done rapidly and a plan was in place for intervention and repair within a half an hour. Five stars from me!

Jack and Charles were fantastic. Very helpful. They even checked to see if my equipment was still under warranty and it was I highly recommend them.

Heinnen was great...diagnosed the problem for my continuously running unit and found a small leak and showed us the area. He gave us a quote that we accepted and he finished the job immediately. Also recharged our system with freon....Thanks. very professional,knowledgeable and friendly.

Technician was friendly, informative and efficient. Prices are reasonable since it covers twice a year maintenance.

Charles did a very thorough job examining our systems and troubleshooting an issue he discovered. Parts have been ordered and repair should be done soon.

Had a leak emergency after hours! They were very helpful over the phone and dispatched someone to my place within 2 hours! Joey was extremely helpful and not only fixed the leak, but made sure all systems were clear to stop future debris buildup or issues.

The technician was through,very helpful and explained what he was doing very well. He also suggested something different that will be helpful to changing the filter in the future. I am very grateful for their service.

Remo was my technician he was on time did a fantastic job respectful professional and knowledgeable he's the only one I want taking care of my air conditioner moving forward I know it will last quite a bit longer. I highly recommend using this air conditioning service if every one of their technicians is like Remo you can't go wrong.

We had a broken compressor on our main unit. This meant it was super hot in our house and ACR responded quickly and efficiently. Our technician was very knowledgeable. It’s good to know that we can call ACR and they will keep us cool!

Can't say enough about how wonderful this company is! My air conditioner died the other night. They came out promptly to service. Unfortunately after 23 yrs of service( I know we were lucky) it was a goner. My husband was being released from the hospital in less than two days and they were able to install a new unit in time for him to come home. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and helpful. We now have a newly installed unit! Thank you!

ACR & especially Ryan Miles, the ACR Technician, did a great job of getting our HVAC system going at our house in the Conway section of Orlando. It had "died" the day before because of a short. Ryan wa friendly, personable, and very professional. His service was efficient, the price reasonable, and we are very happy.

When I called Heinmiller AC this morning, I was surprised to learn they were bought by ACR Air Conditioning, and hoped they’d have the same excellent service as Heinmiller. I am happy to find out that they do! After a labor intensive afternoon, Ryan got my system up and running, assuring me it was working at full capacity. I’m happy to know I still have a reliable company, one with same day service when I need it.
