K&E A/C is hands down some of the best individuals to work with. They are timely, professional, and more importantly THEY ACT FAST. Over the last year - Alex has helped our family overcome some “hot” situations with our AC. Honest and reliable and work with a sense of purpose and intent. He also assisted a friend of ours quickly and efficiently as well. Highly recommend.

They were awesome!! oUC said I needed a new actuator valve but when K&C came they not only discovered that wasn’t the problem they also discovered that the last company that took almost 6 months to complete a simple thermostat replacement installed a thermostat they charged over $700 for that wasn’t even made for this system. Alex squeezed me in within just a few days and took care of everything on the spot. He even had a proper thermostat on hand in their work truck. No waiting for months for incorrect parts, no rescheduling, no unnecessary work and most of all no price gauging. Hands down the best HVAC company I have ever hired. He knows his stuff and he and his tech were very professional and personable. thank you again for such a great job!!

A few weeks ago (while on vacation) our air went out. Its a relatively new system (heat pump/inverter) and the problems were numerous. Alex and his team were EXTREMELY fast to respond. He was the 4th or 5th AC company I reached out to, and he replied before everyone else (late in the day). They came and did initial troubleshooting. One thing after another was broken on this unit. Alex and his team were consistent, fast and communicated very well. Alex's communication is the best I've seen from a business in a long time - it made all the difference in what turned out to be a 2.5 week resolution time, mostly because the parts for my unit were very hard to get. I HIGHLY recommend K&E for AC.

Exceptional service. Very neat and clean work. They were willing to help us not only install our new thermostat but they took the time to show us how to use it in our home and on the app. They also gave us the tip to add return vents because we didn’t have any (they were very informative on duct work). Alex is a literal genius…the guy is extremely smart! My client, who has a rare unit with rare parts, was recommended to Alex by me after her past technicians failed to diagnose the problem. Alex received our call and immediately came over on Memorial Day to take care of us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and fixed the problem within a few minutes to ensure we would have AC through the night. I highly recommend Alex! Cost effective, efficient, and super friendly.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Alex. We came home after two weeks away to a dead AC. Our house was 96 degrees! It was 4th of July weekend and we’re in the midst of a brutal heat wave. I found Alex highly recommended in my local Facebook group as well as Next Door. It was Saturday night and I saw on his website that he was opened on Sunday so I called first thing Sunday morning. He answered immediately. We were frantic and he went above and beyond by offering to come out that same evening. He did some troubleshooting and it was clear that our 12 year old compressor was dead.

He gave us a great price on a new unit and we scheduled the install for yesterday.

I was amazed by how quickly he and his team member completed the work. Within just a great hours our house was being cooled again.

He replaced my 5 Ton AC unit within 2 days of our first contact. He gave me a fair price and great customer service. This is a great guy and local small business owner. Called Alex for kind of an emergency. He got someone out right away & got my heat working. He had to come back out & did at no charge where most would have done another service call. Akex is hands down the absolute best! He is very honest! Trustworthy! Listens to your situation to fit the best repair/replace for you budget. He gets out to you asap even on a holiday! Alex came out and fixed our float switch/cleaned out our drain line. His price was half of other quotes, he was thorough and kind, and he even checked up on us a few days later to see how the leak was going (it was gone). We will definitely use him again! Great service and quality help!

Alex and his team installed a new Heat Pump for me. He was very responsive from the first contact and answered all my questions. Was impressed with his meticulous attention to detail in the install. I would highly recommend Alex and his team.

Wow...so accommodating. Our a/c went out and within about an hour Alex was at our house and had it repaired and running. So professional...I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again. So very thankful we didn't have to go through the long Memorial weekend with no air conditioning.

If i could rate this business 6 stars i would. Its hard to find a honest A/C contractor in Florida anymore, but this buiness is built on honesty and dependability! Update: a couple of great service calls later at two different properties, and I contacted K & E to do a winter replacement of my 22 year old system. They quoted me a great price, gave solid recommendations on upgrades to my current system’s capacity, and had stellar service, even when the install turned out to be a bit more complicated than anticipated. There’s nobody else I’d use for AC work at this point. Highly recommend.

Awesome service! K & E was able to get me on the schedule quickly when my AC went out. Alex had great communication, knew what he was talking about, and did not try to sell me things I didn’t really need. He also thought “outside the box” of what typically causes AC issues. Most of the problems I was having were due to a failing breaker box, so Alex connected me to an electrician who helped address the root problem quickly. His rate for the service call was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

Me and my company have been working with Alex for few years now. Great and fast communication first of all. I felt Comfortable with him from the start, and i have To trust people I work with. He showed up for me and answered every “911 “ call I had to this day. Before I would go in a panic mode if an ac would leak how long would it take me to make an appointment with big company, who will they send , will they address the issue. Alex always has at least a temporary solution. Until the fixes the problem. Simply a great professional.
