Florida State Construction saved us. Another contractor had left my kitchen incomplete. FSC came in and completed the job fast and better. They made suggestions that improved my kitchen. Everyone is so impressed with my coffee bar. Thank you FSC.

They were always on time and showed up to do the work. Work was done in a conscientious manner and all work completed to my satisfaction and within the time period we discussed. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done to their home.

The team sent to do the job was EXCELLENT. They showed up on time and was always courteous and very patient when I continually asked questions. I took video instead of pics, so I cannot upload their amazing work. The team went above and beyond when they repainted a shelf in my bathroom unbeknownst to me. That, plus their professionalism earned them a generous tip and an excellent review.

FSC put our kitchen back together after having a water leak resulting in all our lower cabinets needing to be removed. They matched the upper cabinets nearly exactly. The counter is beautiful. There was a hiccup with the glass tile install, but they made it right, right away. Brady was responsive and easy to get a hold of. I would have no issue hiring them again in the future.
They also helped us navigate the claim with our insurance to get an appropriate amount for the repars.

The Team at Florida State Construction, LLC did an outstanding job for us on two properties. They handled mold remediation, AC unit installation, duct work, and a number of finishing touches with great professionalism and attention to detail. We can’t thank you enough for everything! Good experience! Hired them to install tile and do wallpaper removal, drywall repair, and painting. They were communicative, clear and reasonable. Everything you could ask for!

Fantastic job! Steve kept in touch for entire process. His team was excellent, knowledgeable and very efficient. The job was done with vert little inconvenience to us. Staff explained all they were doing, were courteous and always cleaned up everything at end of workday. We are very happy with results, and highly recommend them.

I have worked with many General Contractors in the past but none have compared to the quality of work and attention to detail given by Steve and his team of knowledgable sub contractors. FSC did a top notch job setting cost expectations and stayed to that but more importantly did a superb job with the repair in a very timely manner. Also they cleaned up after the job very well. Florida State Construction has done a terrific job rebuilding my downstairs due to flooding from Hurricane Milton. They were at my house quickly and demo the space after a foot of water entered my house. They have started the remodel and I couldn't be happier with the progress. I will post photo's as soon as we are done. Very professional and do what they say they will do in a very tight timeline. Highly recommend Steve and his team.

Florida state construction and owner Steve were a godsend to our commercial condominium project after a major fire to the entire building. We changed builders 3 times during the 16 month project and Steve and FSC saved the day. Working with multiple owners, all who had no idea how to navigate after such a tragedy, we were in dire straits. Steve was easy to work with, worked within our budget and couldn’t be more patient or helpful. It was truly a pleasure to work with someone who took the helm and made this project work and get completed. He is communicative, responsive and got this job completed. If we hadn’t found Steve we would have been in the shitter for sure. He was able to work with a group of people that weren’t the easiest to work with. If you have a project of any type I highly recommend Steve. Thank you for all your help in making us get back to business.

Steve was amazing throughout the whole process of my bathroom remodel! Since the property is our vacation home, I was unable to be there to see or communicate in person. Steve was very attentive and communication ran smooth as silk. He sent pics , emailed , called and texted depending on his questions for us. I was able to get a hold of him when I needed without fail and he answered every email promptly. Most of all, the bathroom is gorgeous- thanks Steve
