Gostaria de deixar registrado o meu profundo agradecimento a Restore Now e a equipe que me atendeu por solucionar o vazamento que tive na minha casa.
Em especial ao Marco que comandou tudo com tanto profissionalismo como engenheiro responsável, por toda assistência e paciência desde o primeiro contato até o último, Marco é incrível e incansável!
Ao Gabriel que foi a minha referência pela demolição do banheiro, com tanta educação ao chegar, ao sair, pelo tratamento cordial, por ter tratado a minha casa com tanto cuidado e zelo, me fez sentir que ele cuidava da minha casa como se fosse a casa dele. Foi impecável e brilhante!
E a finalização na reconstrução do banheiro com o Leonardo, com muito capricho em cada detalhe e a sensibilidade apurada em atender com excelência a necessidade do cliente, ele me fez ter a certeza que seria tudo perfeito do início ao fim.

The two gentlemen from restore now who completed the remediation process were very polite, professional, cleaned up afterwards, layed down paper to protect my flooring. Answered any questions i had.

This is the second time we had a emergency requiring the services of Restore Now. The first was a bathroom disaster requiring a complete rebuild after water damage mitigation. The most recent a kitchen flood that destroyed our hand laid oak floor and penetrated into our garage below. Matt and his team took care of everything. Our kitchen is now beautiful again.
