My AC went out during the middle of the night. So I called first thing the following morning. They sent a technician out and it was fixed on the spot. You can't ask for anything more!

This week I visited Arcadia Electric with an air conditioning problem. I’ve had 3 homes in Arcadia and Arcadia electric has always done the job without failure at a fair price every time. A technician was dispatched quickly and found and repaired it quickly. I highly recommend Arcadia electric company for all your electrical and air conditioning needs.

Lost a breaker in the storm last night. Called Arcadia Electric and Dave came out within the hour, took care of the problem quickly and professionally. Fast and Friendly service beginning to end. You have a new regular customer!

I had a charge appear on my account for 646.00 for an electric bill..This wasn't me and I called and this company told me I signed up on facebook in 2018 and I havent had a facebook since 2011. She said I can close the account I said I never opened it to began with. She said this company doesn't scam or allow fraud!! I told her in this day and age every company has dealt with scam and fraud and even with people getting bills in your name without your knowledge. I said well it's mighty funny since I never signed up. She told me to email support...no phone number..no apologies..just email support. REALLY?!?! I thank God I am a Ameren customer and I thank God for my bank

Absolute ineptitude. Garbage customer service. They OH SO very polite. Whilst they keep With drawing an authorized payments from my checking account. Even though I canceled over 4 months ago. The latest is: now they're telling me. They'll continue to take money from my account through July. I'm moving out of my apartment this week in May. According to the last customer service rep. I spoke with, it was officially canceled a Done deal in March. And I needed to wait 30 day of being robbed before they finally go away. Now they're telling me it's 130 days. They keep auto debting my account... no resolution. This last time i was advised to "SEND ANOTHER EMAIL TO SUPPORT" This is a garbage company
