After dealing with subpar HVAC contractors in the past, I was a bit skeptical, but AC Repair by ChillFactor completely changed my opinion. I needed a full HVAC replacement in Aventura, and their team handled everything seamlessly. They walked me through the options, gave me a fair quote, and the installation was completed without a hitch. The new system is running perfectly, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Rip off price. Don’t bother to contact.

I was excited about this company from reading the reviews. They came, showed me the problem and so I decided to get the AC replaced by them. However after the installation of the A/C part that goes outside there was a short circuit two days after their work was done. They wanted to charge me 250 to come fix it, I didnt feel I had a choice given that the a/c I just paid for was not working and there were burnt cables outside, to be fair when I requested the invoice it did not come. . Now that would have been the end of it if when I went to register the unit inside I wouldnt have recieved a notice from the company that makes the unit inside, that the warranty could not be registered because the unit has been used as a replacement before. I paid full price and was not informed of this. I tried to contact the company and they blew me off. I figured I should warn others.

UPDATE: I see the response below, but it doesnt make sense that they just wrote me off like that given I never gave my address on this review nor is my full name present on this review. I know what company I called and paid. My history of reviews shows I tend to only leave good reviews but I thought folks should know.
