We own property management company Robert Ring is the only comfort consultant I will use to meet the needs of my homeowners.

What a great experience today. My air went down last night and Grande Aire was there early afternoon. I am up and running. Excellent customer service from the young lady who took my phone call this morning to Billy our Representative on site to Nancy who did the final call back. Each and everyone had amazing phone skills and were very knowledgeable. I did not hesitate to continue on with this company.. Very pleased. Thanks again..

Had a consultation today with Tom M. He was so knowledgeable, professional and helpful and willing to work with us. Look forward to him helping us with a new installation of a new washer and dryer. I know he will do a great job and we will be completely satisfied and confident and will be perfect since we can’t be here when it gets installed. Thanks in advance.

Had some cooling issues on Christmas Eve. Jeff, Alex, and Rich stayed until late afternoon to make sure it worked for our family including two very young babies. Really a great effort on Christmas Eve! Thank you!

Dakota Reigle and Robert Ring are both very knowledgeable and professional. I had an install of 2 units and Dakota was very friendly and made sure everything was done efficiently and the area was left very clean!
