Excellent customer service. Yohan and his fellow technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and worked as a team to replace my AC Unit. They took the time to explain to me the different features of the new AC and how each one works. The head technician was very accommodating and even fulfilled my request to receive a digital thermostat with large numbers. I highly recommend Air Boca to anyone in need of honest advice and excellent workmanship.

I had a new AC unit installed by Air Boca just recently. They arrived as scheduled and did an excellent installation, the technician Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable and did a great job.
Diane, the office manager, had all the paperwork and permits organized and was always helpful and responsive. Thank you.

I would like to acknowledge the help that Air Boca gave me last week. My a/c had stopped putting out cool air. I called up Air Boca and spoke with Diane. She was able to send a technician to evaluate the problem the same day. The service tech Yandis was very professional and found I was low on freon and replaced the freon. He also found that I had a sticky thermostat and was able to replacement it. The work was done timely and at a reasonable price. Thank you, Air Boca

We have been loyal customers of Air BOCA for at least 15 years. They do excellent work- fair pricing- reliable service. We use them for regular maintenance twice a year- we have also replaced our original equipment when necessary- we have 3 a/c units-all cooling well - they offer emergency service- come when promised-very professional and knowledgeable servicemen- highly recommend this company!

Air Boca has been our go-to A/C company for 10 years. Carlos and Sofia own and run this company with honesty and integrity. The office staff has always been very kind and courteous, extremely prompt in responding to our calls, and Carlos is definitely an expert at what he does. Our A/C went totally out a few months ago from old age. I called Air Boca. Carlos came by that same day, gave us his recommendation on a new unit along with a good price. He ordered the unit and his crew installed it the next day - compressor outside and air handler inside. We were running within 24 hours. And our new system is so quiet - we can be outside on our back porch and not hear it when it cycles on. We're very happy and we highly recommend Air Boca. Thank you. A friend and I have been using Air Boca for 20 years! They have a great service plan and are always prompt. For working people it is really nice that they can accommodate with Saturday calls. Recently I had a new A/C unit installed and they did a beautiful job. Usually Yandis does the service calls but Yohan was there to supervise the installation.Recently I had bought a condo with an old unit which was doing well but it was on borrowed time. Air Boca serviced it and never once tried to sell me a new one until it was time to do so.. Finally it went out (fortunately last New Years so it was not hot). Carlos and family are a deeply religious family and they will always treat you fairly and beyond reproach. Air Boca is like family and we wouldn't think of using any other A/C company!

I was having difficulty with my previous HVAC company getting filters. After several weeks of phone tag, excuses, you name it, I asked a friend for the name of her company she used and it was Air Boca. I called on Friday, 11/5/21 at 1:30 pm, spoke with Diane about my situation and she had a service person at my home, same day, within 2 hours! This wasn’t even an emergency call! Tyler came and did a routine check up on my unit and cut filters to fit my unit. It was so easy! Don’t know why my prior company couldn’t make it happen.

We had a sudden and unexpected need for a new cooling/heating unit in our condo, on the 18th floor of a high rise building. Air Boca responded very quickly with a competitive price. They delivered the unit in one day, and were ready to do the installation when it was noted that there was a broken water valve which could not be shut off. They quickly arranged for a plumber who arrived within a couple of hours and did the valve replacement. The Air Boca people were there when the plumber finished his work, and the A/C unit was installed within a couple of hours. These are people that are easy to reach, communicate clearly, show up when promised, and deliver on their promises. They are a rarity these days. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect. Fast, honest, and courteous. We have been using Air Boca for the past 10 years and they are the only ones we will ever call. Our A/C went out earlier today so I called Diane at Air Boca and within a short while, Yandis was at our home. He found the problem right away and our house is now nice and cool. I have had an Air Boca installed central air unit since 2014. It has required few repairs, but when the heat wouldn't stop cycling on and off at 8:00 A.M. on December 12, 2023, a technician named Chris arrived twenty minutes after I called. He checked to make sure the unit was still under warranty instead of trying to sell me a new unit, and after ordering the necessary part he completed the repair within two hours. After he finished, he noticed that there was dust on the indoor filter vent and offered to install a new filter for me. That's going above and beyond. Thanks, Air Boca, for employing people like Chris!

Carlos and everyone at Air Boca are fantastic people and professionals. I recently had the pleasure of hiring an air conditioning repair service, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The professionals at Air Boca not only fixed my malfunctioning unit but also provided tremendous customer service throughout the entire process.

Professional, courteous, reliable and dependable. In 2014 our AC stopped working. It was an old unit and we had to replace it. After calling several companies, Air Boca was the only one that physically came out and after reviewing our AC needs was able to provide several great options for the new unit. Not only they were willing to talk to me in person and explain all details, but they beat all prices that were quoted to us over the phone by other companies. We have moved since then and bought another property. Previous owners did not take care of their AC unit so I called Air Boca and once more got the same professional service. It's a family business and they treat you as if you are a part of the family. It's very hard to find this kind of service in today's world. I would highly recommend Air Boca.

My wife and I returned from a trip and walked into a baking hot house. We contacted Boca Air and within 45 minutes the technician arrived, diagnosed the problem and restored service. We liked everything about Yandis, the tech. Well dressed, well spoken, easy to understand, job well done.

We decided to purchase a new system from Boca Air. They gave us a good price. Credited us the service call fee and scheduled the appointment. Yohan and team arrived on time, went to work, did an excellent job, cleaned up and left. Yandis came bye later, we finished up and I sat in Air Conditioning for dinner that night knowing I have a great system and a complimentary Boca Air service contract for the next 12 months.

Not sure about you, but it seems impossible to find quality service anymore… until now. We’ve owned our condo here in Boca Raton for about 18 years and have replaced just about everything at least once. I cringe every time I have to call a service company as it’s so hit or miss anymore, mostly miss.

Our HVAC has been limping a long for the last year or so after having various substandard companies come out and do maintenance, I finally decided to shop around for a new unit.

One of my calls was to Diane at Air Boca. We discussed our situation and she had her tech Yandis out that same afternoon to look at our needs and give us a quote on a new system. Yandis was very knowledgeable and was familiar with our community and other customers in our development. His quote was very reasonable, but turned out we needed to have some electrical work done to support the new unit. He said not to worry that they had a great electrician that could do the work for us. We signed the contract that night knowing that new AC units are hard to get these days.

Diane was a huge help and did all the leg work to find us a new unit in a very short time and within a week or so, we were getting the electrical done and having the new unit installed. The installers and electrician came at the same time, they were all super nice, knowledgeable, and worked together to get our unit install in about four hours. Diane coordinated the permits and scheduled our inspections and everything passed.

All in all this has been a great experience working with Air Boca and I am impressed with everyone I met with this company. Their quality of service and communication has been a breath of fresh (cold) air.
