Listened to the problem, used the parts I already had, and did not try to upsell me on additional issues.

Will be my first call in the future

As the Office Manager for Oakbrook Homes Inc., I can say that Goodwin Electric is prompt, efficient and affordable. If we need them to go back after construction, Eric and is team are swift to respond. They are clean and very polite to our customers. Would not use anyone but Goodwin for our electrical needs.

We have had Goodwin Electric out to work on several projects at our home and have always had a great experience. Eric is responsive and schedules an electrician to be onsite in short order. Every Goodwin electrician we have had do work at our home has been professional, ethical and honest while providing awesome workmanship at a fair price. Nice to know there are companies like Goodwin Electric to rely on.

This company had done work for us in the past, so when my outside plug that runs my fountain quit I called them. They scheduled quickly to diagnose the problem, Eric the owner came himself and sent Cliff to fixed it. Cliff Replaced the whole outlet and outside box, caulked to prevent water damage and made sure the fountain worked. I was thrilled.
Two weeks later it quit!
I called and Eric came and diagnosed a bad GFI and he scheduled Tom to made it right.
Now this was a small job and from the owner to the electricians who did the service, all were just as responsive and concerned about their quality product as if I was spending $$$$..
So call them for all your electric needs, I highly recommend them.
PS. Fountain works

CJ is the man...He was very helpful and explained everything. He was very neat and left our place spotless and he doesn't seat around. This the third time he has worked for us. We have used Goodwin Electric for the past 7 years and have been always happy with price, and service.

At a crazy price $$$$
Eric of Goodwin Electric arrived for a second quote and said it was just the breaker switch- said all was fine !
Will give them the business from now on!
So nice to have a reputable company amongst these scam artists that over charge and advise parts and services that are not necessary.

Goodwin Electric gave us excellent service. We had several things done in a timely, professional fashion. When our landscape lights had an issue, the owner, Eric came out himself and made the repair at no charge even though the issue was not the fault of their work. We are very thankful and we recommend Goodwin Electric enthusiastically!

They always do a great job. My only complaint is the cost. I don't think they charge more than anyone else, but it still hurts to make out thecheck.

Nice guy, may make promises he can't deliver on. Tried to use him with a tight timeline but had to go elsewhere.
