I went to get my clothes out of the dryer and unfortunately they weren't dry. I figured it was time to buy a new dryer. I made a quick call to the appliance doctor and he had the part in stock and was able to come out and get me fixed in an hour. He saved me hundreds. This guy really knows his trade. He's my go to guy for any appliances forever. A++++

Robert from Appliance Doctor was fantastic. He came right away, quickly and thoroughly diagnosed the problem. Had all the new parts. I will continue to use Appliance Doctor and highly recommend them for all repairs.

Very prompt and quick to determine what was wrong with our washer. Worked very hard to get it working again and followed up the next day. Who does that anymore. Very nice and we will definitely use Robert/Robbie again👍👍 There are still fair and friendly repairmen out there!!

Thank you Rob for trouble shooting, over the phone, what was wrong with the refrigerator. It worked exactly as per your instructions. Three other repair shops would only come to the house for a fee and then decide what parts would be needed for an additional cost. As soon as I told Rob what brand I had he knew immediately what the problem was. Thank you Rob!

Fast response, patience at answering questions. Even was able to diagnose problem over the phone and come out with the right part - no second trips or confusion. Even called the next day to be sure everything was working right. Highly recommend.

I called on a Saturday with a cooling issue on my refrigerator. Robert called back promptly took some information on the fridge and basically talked me through the repair. So far it's working well. If there is an issue later they'll be the only one I call. I can see why he has all positive reviews

Robert was amazing, he didn’t miss a thing, he helped us on the phone and through text to see if we could fix the problem ourselves. A few days later when we were not able to I called him back and he saw us the same day. He is an honest, fair and amazing at what he does. If you need anything appliance wise he’s your guy. Robert , owner and also technician of the appliance doctor did a great job repairing my refrigerator . He came to our house very quickly and assessed the problem , ordered the part and we were up and running in no time . Pricing was very fair . Robert cares very much about providing personalized service . Robert was thorough since I first called to set up an appointment to look at my dishwasher. He asked questions that lead to him ordering the part so when he arrived for the appointment he was able to fix the problem at the same time. He left the work area clean and followed up a few days later to make sure everything was running as it should. I will definitely recommend Appliance Doctor and will be a repeat customer.

I’m very pleased with my experience with the Appliance Doctor. I called him to fix my refrigerator and he came out very quickly. Excellent communication and fair pricing. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and I appreciated him taking the time to educate me on my appliance. He was also very conscientious about cleaning up his mess and putting everything back in its proper place— so much so that I’d say he left the area in better condition than he found it! I will definitely use the Appliance Doctor again in the future.

I would highly recommend Appliance Doctor. Robby was able to come out for an emergency call late in the evening without charging me an emergency service fee. He was friendly, very personable with being professional at the same time. He was able to diagnose and repair my dryer in no time. Not only did he fix my dryer but he fix my leaking bathtub faucet while he was there. Appliance doctor is definitely a one stop shop for any appliance repair need. Rob was great to work with, from initial phone contact, to coming out to repair our dryer problem. He reviewed the problem over the phone, so that he would be best prepared, part- wise, when he came out. If one wants, he explains as he goes along, what he is doing, and where the problem is. He is courteous, knowledgeable and works with the customer. We will use Rob in the future for other appliance, etc. repairs.
