I have had great experiences with a/c maintenance and repair and refrigerator repair

The technician, Serge, is an expert in refrigerator servicing and repair. He is also polite, pleasant, and with a strong sense of professional ethics. Once on site, he quickly identified the issue with my refrigerator and explained to me the most cost-efficient solution to it and why. With my approval, he immediately ordered the needed parts and kept me informed of the order status in the two days after that. Knowing that I was about to go out of town, he squeezed me into his busy schedule and worked until 9 pm to get the repair done before my departure. He not only fixed the refrigerator but also cleaned it. Excellent job! I’ll definitely recommend him to my friends.

I want to share my wonderful experience working with this company. A year and a half ago, Sergey repaired my refrigerator, which I thought was beyond repair. Some time later, my dryer broke down, and Sergey came to the rescue again and fixed everything. His professionalism, speed of work, and quality of repairs are top-notch. His great sense of humor and positive attitude also contribute to the efficient work. I highly recommend him; you get truly customer-oriented service.

The service technician was awesome but unfortunately their customer service is awful. I needed a receipt for the work that was done and after multiple emails and voice mail messages someone finally answered the phone and emailed me the INVOICE (not a receipt). It didn't show paid or zero balance or anything only a "posted date" and was told someone else would get back to me (over a month ago)...
