I can't say enough good things about AC Heroes! We had an AC unit go out at our rental property, and they came out the same day to diagnose and fix the issue. Their customer service was outstanding, and the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Not only did they get the job done quickly, but their pricing was also very reasonable. It’s hard to find a company that is both reliable and affordable, but AC Heroes truly delivered. I highly recommend them for any AC service needs!

We have been having issues with Master Bedroom temperatures either being too hot or too cold. Max and team installed a new separate run from plenum to Master. Now it is just right. They kept me informed during the project and cleaned up after they were done. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend AC Heroes!

Called them 15 minutes after closing, and technician answered the phone. After describing the issue, I had an appointment that evening. The tech drove 45 minutes out to our location, solved the issue (drain cleaning, filter change, other recommendations) and only needed to charge standard service fee. Very happy with the quick response and service. No unnecessary upsell. Highly recommend!

We have been using this company for over a year now and very happy with the service they provide. I just had Zach coming for the emergency call after the hurricane and he did an excellent job: he was fast , efficient, explained the issue very well and fixed it very quickly.
I left a message for them last night at at around 7 in the morning I got a text message saying they will be coming today. I can't recommend them enough: all technicians are very professional, honest and reliable. And very affordable pricing. Use them, you wouldn't be disappointed.

Max was here in the 1st half of 2 hour window, friendly, willing to explain, discussed starter assist for compressor since pulling 2 amps over normal range with new capacitor from last year. He explained with more stops and starts in Florida weather, starter assist could help prolong compressor life. Will evaluate again during next visit, but no hard sale pitch.

Great service and friendly personal. Explained the situation with our outdoor AC unit and gave a quote on the repair cost politely. After repairing the problem also gave us some advice on how to prolong the AC unit at no cost overall a great experience from the one we had with another AC repair company a year ago. Definitely would call AC Heroes again if we have another issue.

Max and Matt with A/C Heroes were great! They gave me a heads up to let me know they were coming, which was great, because I’d forgotten my service appointment. They got here and worked on the outside first and let me know I had an issue with my a/c pulling too much power on start-up. The solution was relatively minor and inexpensive, but they told me it was just something to keep an eye on, not urgent. I appreciated them not trying to sell me something, which I feel like many companies do when you are on a service plan. They went upstairs and looked at my furnace, ducts, etc. and volunteered to replace my air filter. My unit has a funky sized filter, which they wrote down on the furnace for me, to make it easier to order. I had been buying ones from Costco that sort of fit, but not exactly. Thanks guys! See you in 6 months.

I scheduled to have one properties HVAC tuned up. I realized I needed a second Properties HVAC tuned up and the office obliged with the scheduled same-day service. My assigned tech Max did a wonderful job. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and able to provide great recommendations for my systems. He also, without being asked, reconfigured my drain pipe work for my condensation pump. I was very impressed with this company. I will recommend them to everyone.
