This company is great! I highly recommend them for your air conditioning needs. They were extremely thorough and were diligent in performing the job. They are also very reasonably priced. They cleaned all of my ductwork, vents, intake, and air handler for half of the price I got from a competitor. Based on my experience, you can't go wrong with ACR.

This company was a pleasure to do business with as they were very professional and friendly. They cleaned our air ducts and air handler. They arrived on time, did the work for the quoted price, did not try to sell us anything extra, which was greatly appreciated. Robert and his crew did a great job and cleaned up after them self. I would hire them again!!

Was in the middle of a Zoom meeting when I realized my air was up to 82 degrees in the house! Called number on google and was able to get a response within 20 minutes! Tom(owner) was called back to ask if I wanted him to come out same night! Mind you it was 8:30pm! Well, I chose to wait, but they were so accommodating with my schedule and came to my house at 7:30am! Had my AC back up and running within an 1 1/2 hours! They are responsive, professional, and good value for the work! Not to mention they are a family run small business! You can't beat the AWESOME customer service offered!

I am an office manager of a local church. I hired this company to come out to do a job for Mold Remediation. They were fast, and timely, they worked all day and into the evening hours to complete the work in one day. They cleaned up so well. They were very professional and answered all my questions. Their prices beat all the competitors and I would hire them again any day! Great job!

I started with ACR back in 2015 when I had water damage and was just learning about the devastation water damage could do. From day one on they have EARNED my business and loyalty, and there is nothing I do in my home without talking to owner Tom first. Owners Tom and Becky Eagan are the epitome of great business and the finest people you could ever meet. The exact reason why they know how to find and keep great staff. David was here today for my 6 month A/C system maintenance and as always, it was a real pleasure to see him again and he sure knows how to keep my York in top condition. This company is heads above their competitors, sharp as tacks and TOTALLY trustworthy.

Not " business as usual" but a job well done. Arrived on time to clean the ducts, no mess, no hassles only shiny ducts. Friendly, competent and diligent people got everything done in 4 hours. Since ACR takes care of our AC it purs like a kitten.

The ACR team did a great job replacing the systems in my house. I had some installation challenges relating to the house, and special requests on top of that. They were able to get the job done and done well. Their pricing was far below competitive bids as well. Highly recommended.

The crew was prompt and efficient. The job lead explained in detail what the duct cleaning process is all about. The team set about doing the work with minimal disruption to our daily activities. They carefully covered all the work areas with drop cloths and then vacuumed everything thoroughly when they finished.

This company is fantastic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Everyone has been so helpful. I had a issue. Where w the ac and they showed up that day to look at it. Techs are respectful of my house when entering. Always get a speedy reasons from the office when calling. Great team they have.

I had another great experience with American Air & Heat. Rafael came out to do a repair, which took several hours. He was polite and professional. He answered all my questions and explained everything he was going to do. I barely knew he was there after that. By the end of the afternoon, my house was cool and comfortable. He cleaned up everything and left no evidence he was ever there! Except for the fact that my AC was fixed. Thanks Rafael.

Tom and his ACR crew are first rate. They did an outstanding job, starting with arriving at the day and time promised, continuing by doing the work in both as promised, and ending by cleaning up so that the areas of work looked perfect. I recommend ACR without hesitation.

My A/C unit stopped working and I called ACR. Great experience. Teresa was very polite and professional when helping me set up the appointment. Dave was able to come out a few hours after I called. He fixed the problem, made some tweaks to optimize things, and explained everything to me. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan after the service. Highly recommend!
