We recently had the pleasure of working with Comfort Experts- and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. We had an unexpected AC issue over the weekend—of course, Florida heat doesn’t take time off—and was bracing for a costly emergency call. But Comfort Experts came through with reasonable pricing, which was a welcome surprise.

Paul, the technician who handled the job, was absolutely fantastic. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had everything up and running in no time.

Paul is the best AC technician I’ve ever dealt with. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my ac unit and had parts on hand to do the repair. He then went above and beyond to fine tune my ac system to maximize its performance! The humidity in the house has always been 48% and now it is 40%! That’s a 20% reduction. I am now able to turn up the thermostat a couple degrees while still feeling cool and comfortable. I can’t wait to see how much my power bill drop! Many thanks Comfort Experts!!

Our AC went out and the company we usually use couldn’t come until the next day… which is definitely NOT cool when your house feels like a sauna! 😅 I asked around and kept hearing great things about this company, so I gave them a try. They showed up in about an hour, and Bailey was awesome — super kind, helpful, and got us taken care of fast. So glad I called!

We have a Daikin Dual Mini Split and started having problems with it. Called Comfort Experts and they sent Bailey out to fix it. The A.C. was throwing all kinds of codes but Bailey never stopped until he figured it out and got the A.C. running like a champ. They are on time and very friendly. They are my go to A.C. Company from now on for sure. Thank you guys for all tour help.

A/C went out late Sunday night and Paul came out in 20 minutes to fix. Amazingly, he found the issue in minutes and corrected.

Great customer service, so friendly and honest, and went above and beyond to explain a few things to us. Ended up signing up for a maintenance plan. Hopefully we don’t need them anytime soon, but would definitely call Paul ant Comfort Experts again!

Excellent company. I’ve had them service our HVAC units in several homes we own. Always had a great experience. Mikey was our latest technician and we’d have him again anytime we need service. We also got their maintenance program and we’ve been very happy having that piece of mind!

We just bought a new home and set up maintenance service. Paul was very kind and knowledgeable! He found a minor adjustment needed in the outdoor units to help prevent future issues. Very happy with them thus far!

I hired Paul for maintenance work based on a recommendation from my neighbor, and I’m really glad I did. He spent a significant amount of time on the job and paid great attention to detail. I had previously used another company for maintenance services but was dissatisfied with their customer service and the technician’s attitude. In contrast, Paul patiently answered all my questions, taking extra time to provide the right answers. For my next maintenance service, I will definitely call Paul again at Comfort Experts. Also, their price is very reasonable for even non-members.

Our HVAC system stopped working at around 6pm on a sunday night. By 10 pm the same day it was fixed! Paul came in and gave us a quick diagnostic and had tools on site. He explained everything well and got the job done expediciously. Truly 24/7 service. We will be using them for our maintenance from now on. Thank you for saving us from this florida heat!

Paul showed up on short notice and got our A/C back up and running fast. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was, what caused it, and what steps we could take to avoid the same problem down the line.
