Not that these guys need more positive reviews, but they definitely deserve every one of them. I recently needed a quote for some anticipated AC system work, to restore proper function after some hurricane damage renovations.
Ras, the owner of Discount Air Conditioning came to make the assessment. He was extremely knowledgeable, took a great deal of time assessing the system, inside and out. He was open about the possibilities of addressing the situation, and we talked through these options.
Ultimately, we agreed that it would function as expected, once we added one more panel to the existing wall...with no work from his company.
I can't stress enough, how professionally and carefully Ras handled the situation. He spent 30-45 minutes assessing the need and potential solutions, and when the best solution ended up being no work for them, he was actually glad that I didn't have to bear the additional expense.
Will definitely call Ras and his team for any AC related issues!

AMAZING!! We called on a Sunday morning and the owner answered. He made getting a tech here a top priority. Rodney arrived in record time and fixed the problem immediately. He also offered suggestions to keep the same issue from recurring and for general upkeep of the system. He was extremely informative, patient, and answered all of my questions. I've used many AC companies over the years and have never been as impressed as I was by Discount Air. The price was fair and the service was exceptional. I could go on amd on. Thank you Res and Rodney. I will use them from now on!

Raz is a wonderful business owner. He goes above & beyond with all the work he does. I have two rental properties with 6 tenants as well as my personal home & I will only use him due to the service that he provides, which is outstanding . He is honest, upfront, shows you his work, and goes above & beyond with communication. I would highly recommend this Company.

I'm a snow bird accustomed to dealing with multiple contractors on any given day. To say I'm pleased with Discount Air is an understatement. Perfectionists could not have been better than Mike and Ras (Owner). On Time, High Quality, Great Service and they saved me a substantial amount over other quotes that we received. I've never seen a cleaner job site during or after completion. I was very impressed with the brazing instead of soldering and the inspection of joints to ensure I would be satisfied for a long time. Great job and I highly recommend you use this company.

Great service.
I had a blower motor go bad under warranty, I called Discount Air and they took care of my problem and had my A/C up and operating in no time.
The Tech was fast, thorough and did a great job. He also looked over everything to make sure there weren't any other issues.
I will use Discount Air again.

I had an incredible experience with Discount Air Conditioning today, even under the most challenging circumstances. Hurricane Halene was bearing down, and my AC decided to stop working at the worst possible time. I didn’t think anyone would be able to come out in such weather, but Ras from Discount Air Conditioning went above and beyond.

Ras showed up right on time, despite the heavy winds and rain. His professionalism and dedication were beyond impressive. He worked quickly and efficiently, diagnosing the problem in no time and getting my AC up and running again. What really stood out was his calm and positive attitude in the middle of the storm. You could tell Ras was an expert at what he does, and I felt reassured throughout the entire process.

Repair team showed up promptly as stated. Covered the floor to keep house clean while entering and exiting the house during the replacement process. Kept us aware with status of the project. Worked diligently and efficiently so that there was little or no interruptions during the day. Would recommend the company to anyone.

They responded to my house the same day I called.. They diagnosed my HVAC efficiently and never tried to over-ever sell me on anything. The technician gave great recommendations. I love their honesty and will continue to work with them in the future.

Five gold stars to Ras, Mikey and Rodney at Discount A/C! They installed my new unit last year, and did a great job. They are friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. When there was an issue with the heat this year they diagnosed the problem, got the parts under warranty, and the team won again. They are definitely my go-to guys for top notch A/C service.

Both of our technicians were awesome and very professional. They performed the entire job within one day and had our AC up and running nicely. Huge thanks to Raz for coming out and fixing my HVAC system so quickly! He showed up fast, figured out the problem right away, and had my system up and running in no time. I used to work in the HVAC business myself, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t trust anyone else out there besides Raz and Discount Air. He’s not one of those pushy, shady salesmen trying to upsell you on things you don’t need—he’s the real deal, a true tech who knows his stuff. On top of that, he’s super cool, honest, and friendly, which made the whole experience easy and stress-free. If you need HVAC work done right, this is the guy to call!

We couldn’t be more happy with the service we received! Our AC was leaking buckets of water and we were able to get a same day visit to have it looked out. They were very thorough and by the time they left everything was beautifully patched up and for an affordable price. They will have a repeat customer from me for life

I just bought this house 4 months ago, and this evening, the air conditioner stopped working on a unit just over a year old. I called Discount Air, who originally installed the unit. Rodney said he would get here as fast as he could, about an hour and a half. That alone was amazing. Rodney called me back and asked me to turn the Honeywell humidifier control all the way to “ON”. The unit immediately kicked on. He also gave me some advice on another issue that could possibly cause it to kick on in the future. His whole objective was to save me a costly but reasonable service call. This is a company you can trust. I wouldn’t think of calling another company for my HVAC needs.

Ras was amazing, provided personable and knowledgeable Service on a Saturday. Before he even scheduled the service call, he had me check a couple things to make sure I wasn’t wasting my money getting him out there. He came out, was very friendly, and educated me on a few key things while promptly fixing our issue for a low cost. I will never call another HVAC technician for anything again. Don’t keep scrolling, call DISCOUNT A/C!!!
