I highly recommend Jim McDonald & Sons Heating & Cooling Inc! From the initial call to their continued maintenance, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They explained everything clearly, completed the job efficiently, and left my home spotless. I'm extremely happy with the results and would definitely use them again!

It was time to get a new HVAC. We worked with Paul Salefsky in deciding which system would best meet our needs. Paul supported us from start to finish. The folks that installed our system were Jason and Juan. They were professionals in every way. Of course, only time will tell if the Goodman system will meet our expectations, but we did pay a little more to get the 10 years parts and labor warranty, so we feel good about our decision. I do recommend McDonald's as Paul, Jason and Juan did such a great job. They made a great team. Thanks guys!

Blue Ribbon Plumbing has always been great. Alex’s arrived on time, addressed my questions. We made the best decision and he installed the equipment right away. Worked out great, no problems !

They were Johnny on the spot. I called last night. They arrived first thing in the morning. Greg was personable, knowledgeable and conveyed to me exactly what was going on with my unit. He wasn’t in a hurry. He took his time and waited around when he was done just to make sure everything was A-OK. The company is very reliable, and reasonable with their pricing. I called Jim McDonald & Sons Heating and Cooling at around 7:30 am today and was greeted buy a cheery voice, even though it was Monday morning. I didn't get your name, but thank you. I explained the issue I was having with my AC unit and she said she would have a tech there between 8:00 and 10:00 am.

Micah arrived less than two hours after my call to the office. He went to work right away, starting at the electrical panel to do a reset on my system. Within a couple of minutes he advised there was no communication with the condenser unit outside. He soon found one of the wires running between the air handler and condenser was shorted somewhere between the two units. He was able to use another wire that wasn't being used to bypass the shorted wire. Communication was established and Micah ran both heat and ac functions to test the unit and make sure it was operating correctly.

We were up and running less than three hours after I called the office. Micah was courteous and knowledgeable and gave a thorough explanation of what he was doing.

Josh was great. He problem solved all of the issues we had and everything appears to be working correctly at this time. Very quick to get an appointment ad well.

When my cat got stuck then went into a hole in the wall behind a water heater, this company was the only one out of four I called that would come out asap to drain and move the water heater. Quinton, the plumber, was quick and efficient and understanding. When hooking it back up the next day, Quinton was again quick and efficient. I would recommend this company.

Response to a weekend service call today was completed quickly and efficiently. The humidity.overwhelmed the system and shut it down to protect it. Josh arrived, diagnosed and attended to the problem immediately. This is a great company and I’m very pleased that I chose them to replace my unit after hurricane Milton. Now, 9 months after installation, their service has confirmed their reputation as responsive, dedicated and professional.

If you want the best service with people that don't try to take advantage of your pocketbook, choose Mcdonald Home Services (MHS) -Cooling, plumbing, heating!!! Josh was super nice and knowledgeable. I had other companies wanting to do more than what was necessary to fix my AC issue but MDS was hundreds less in doing only what was needed. If you want an honest company, choose MDS!

Bob met with me after I had received a competitors estimate. Within an hour he gave me an extremely better price and booked me to complete the job less than 24 hours later. The technician, Micah was extremely polite and efficient. Will ONLY use these guys for any HVAC needs going forward.

Bob helped me out in a pinch a few years back, never used anyone else since! He leads the company with integrity and his team has always been on time and helpful. I recommend them to everyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy HVAC company!

What a great team of people at this place!!! The owner extended himself greatly over the weekend to fix my AC. AC is running perfectly!!! Micah is a team member at this company and what a sweet, honest guy.

Greg was very professional and thorough. The hardware needed an inspection and, apart from refrigerant, he gave it a clean bill of health. Very reassuring and no upselling. A pleasant experience in contrast with a plumbing ripoff that happened to me a few weeks ago.

Tucker Fuiks from Jim McDonald n son ac was a fenomenal help. Very knowledgeable, professional and honest, i had 2 companies here and i felt right at the beginning that they just want to sell me a new unit but instead of trying to solve my unit issues. Tucker took the time necessary to get my unit up and running again. I'm very happy and definitely will be using Jim McDonald n sons for any ac work i can possibly need in the future.

James and Tim installed everything and we were impressed with both of them with their work ethic - they made sure everything worked fully before they left even when a bad wire acted up they persisted until it was fixed. Our AC was out and the company came to our rescue in less than 3 hours. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. We have consistently received great service from this company and highly recommend them.

I was preparing to leave for a vacation when I noticed my hot water heater leaking. My neighbor recommended your company and placed the phone call. I was able to have my water heater replaced the same day with a very courteous and experienced crew. They left everything very clean even the driveway.
