I wanted to reach out to you and tell you what an outstanding job Carlos
did during the recent maintenance inspection for my condo on Alderman St.
As an absentee owner of a rented unit, and never having seen any maintenance
I thought it important to familiarize myself with the system. I scheduled the
work for a time I would be in Florida. Your employee could not have been more
thorough and pleasant. I shadowed him and he explained everything that he was
doing. His appearance and manners were exemplary. The renter and I were
very pleased by this interaction. GOOD JOB!!

My husband and I chose Nice Air after having an amazing and personalized consult/home visit with them. They assisted us with an concern we were having with our unit, an issue our regular HVAC contractor couldn't (or was choosing not to) solve. We found each of the team members with Nice Air to be personable, incredibly professional, and efficient in providing high quality service at a reasonable price. After services were performed the team members cleaned up the areas in which they worked leaving our home cleaner than before they arrived. I even caught them dusting off the furniture... Incredible! After such fantastic experiences with Nice Air we have decided to make them our primary HVAC contractor and will be recommending them to our neighbors, friends, and family members. Great job Nice Air!

I have been a customer of Nice Air since 2018.
This company is THE BEST Air Conditioning business I have had since living here for 44 years.
They are prompt, professional and very thorough.
Carlos is a very personable and communicative tech and does excellent service.
I highly recommend Nice Air to anyone who is looking for an honest and reliable A/C and Heating company.

We bought our new system with Nice Air over 3 years ago. Yesterday (Saturday, on a holiday weekend) it stopped working and our inside temp quickly rose to 85 degrees. We called Rick right away, and he remembered we had two young children, and he immediately sent Carlos out to us. Carlos is always so sweet, and efficient. We had our AC back on within an hour of it going out! We highly recommend Nice Air, they bend over backward for their customers.

Rick, Carlos, and Frank were great to work with when replacing our broken mini split. All went the extra mile to get the work done even though there were some challenges involved. Drew S

Roberto and another representative responded this morning to fix our main unit. It took about two seconds for Roberto to identify tgr oriblem. He metered all of the electrical components confirming his initial belief.

All encountered with this company have been outstanding and fair.

Had another issue with the AC and Carlos and Alex responded within two hours, effecting a temporary fix until a new part is obtained. Great service!

1/24/25
Yesterday evening the heat stopped working on our HVAC. Carlos and his helper responded after noon the following day and effected the repair plus noted another issue that they took care of. Great people! I highly recommend doing business with them.

Carlos and his helper saved the day once again regarding our primary HVAC unit. Great service!

As usual Carlos was very nice & respectful. They were in & out in no time, didnt even know they were here. They did a great job.

My a/c of 18 yrs started failing. Contacted Frank, and he had his team respond that day. Found that there was a leak in the air handler coils that couldn't be repaired. Came the next day, and replaced the a/c units and got me cool again with the new replacement, GREAT service!

Service Techs were on time and great to deal with. They take the fan off the top of the compressor unit to clean out leaves and sand. Nobody else does that! Great job all around! Thanks for great service.

Fast prompt service, typically the service diagnostic trip is credited into the repair but it wasn't making a small issue almost $500. Otherwise very good company

Excellent service. Technician was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. It's a holiday weekend and I called a few AC companies but only Nice Air came through for us. I will always recommend calling Nice Air!

Nice Air was b amazing!! Called for a ldeainage issue, and they came out immediately-got everything fixed quickly. We won’t use anyone else!!

I’ve always gotten top notch service with Nice Air from the start. Carlos has been coming for maintenance visits as I appreciate clean air. Highly recommend.

As with some service maintenance plans we have purchased, I never use them unless there is a problem, and if no problem, I don’t think about them, and then they simply expire! But not so with Nice Air! Frank emails me my reminder that “It is time.”

I called him on Monday, he scheduled the visit for next day, and Carlos and Alex showed up on time and went right to work. Friendly, professional, work-site left clean, and answered all our questions. What more is there? Visit already covered by the VIP Plan we purchased.

We are sticking with Nice Air and their VIP Maintenance Program. Even if I forget, Nice Air will not!

Carlos is knowledgeable and has a very kind demeanor. He installed a system for us several years back and we initially had some trouble but he worked with it until we found the perfect solution and things have been running well ever since. Thank you for sticking with us and getting the job done!

Highly recommend! Our AC kept failing during this crazy hot FL summer. We had a great experience with Nice Air, LLC. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and showed up on time. He did a fabulous job of troubleshooting and the repairs made our AC work far more effectively. We are very appreciative!

Carlos was very knowledgeable about the a/c system and found the issues very quickly. He was very thorough in his explanation and was very friendly. Frank was also a big help with recommendations and his experience. I would definitely recommend them!

Can’t say enough good things about this company! After 5 quotes and so much contradictory information, a family friend suggested Nice Air, I had spoken to a very nice techs at my friends house once but he mentioned that they didn’t usually service my area. Fast forward to beginning of this week and my initial contact with the wonderful Frank, who was so helpful and explained every detail, I sent pictures but he came all the way over and checked everything thoroughly, gave me easy to understand information and the best pricing ( even better than all the other quotes) I had my new AC installed today 4 days after initial contact!I was texted when they were arriving.
Frank went above and beyond for me, sent various steps of install while I was at work, even put up with my dog ♥️. Lot to be said for a family owned company like this that genuinely cares about their customers, and I for one will be a customer for life. Thank you Frank, Bryce, Carlos & Team Nice Air

As always, Nice Air did an amazing repair job today. Carlos came shortly after I called and on a holiday!! Extremely knowledgeable and can be trusted. I have been using them for the past 12 years. Highly recommend Nice Air to family, friends, and clients. Family owned and operated too.
