we lost phone service for about a week. due to teclical phone problems.

If during this time if you left a message and did not receive a call back we were unable to access any message all data was lost.

In my mind nothing can take the place of a local owned business. Eric and the office manager are honest polite reasonable and have a long history of being in business a very long time. I have an RV microwave that stopped heating and they didn't turn me away and told me they can take care of the problem. Oh yes I recommend this company 100%

We have used for many years and are very satisfied with service. Reasonable prices and very knowledgeable about appliances. Does not 'walk away' without completing service. Will recommend.

My washer and dryer needed repaired ironically at the same time. I wasn’t sure if I should replace them or see if they could be fixed. So happy I had Eric from Home Appliance out. He fixed both and saved me the money I would of spent on new appliances. He was courteous of my home and professional. I highly recommend them.

My family has lived in Brandon 50 years, and we've used them as far back as 20 years, that I can remember. Eric is really knowledgeable on all types of appliances, professional and is honest. He will fix your appliance as quickly as possible, usually not having to "order" parts or anything else. You can trust that he's not trying to rip you off. Love this service, Eric is SO knowledgeable!
