Hired to clean a single-family home for new tenets to move in. The job was very poorly done and several things were completely undone. Tubs still had hair in them. Stove tops still had food/grease visible. She forgot to clean the oven. Debris left on kitchen floor. On the day the tenets moved in and these discrepancies were found, I contacted her on the phone to arrange a time for her to return to address the issues, SHE PRETENDED TO BE SOMEONE ELSE ON THE PHONE BEFORE FINALLY ADMITTING that it was indeed her! She refused to fix the discrepancies and refused to return any of the money. I ended up having to hire a different company to return to the home to complete the job! Poor quality. Poor customer service. Dishonest. I would not recommend this cleaning service.
