Called Rusaw Plumbing to help with some plumbing we needed done, and their response time was awesome. They showed up on time, was courteous and professional, and took the time to get to know me as well as go over the scope of work with me.

They tackled the job in a timely manner and at a fair price. I will definitely recommend them to people in my circle of influence. Good people who get the job done right!

Servers all seemed to be in a bad mood, it was midday and not crowded, yet they seemed stressed and angry.

Tried to call today to schedule service and phone listed in multiple places doesn’t work. Recording says number is no longer in service. Not great for business if people cannot reach you. Please update your information.
