Called to get a estimate for a light fixture in my home that had fallen down. Ken explained how I could do it myself.It worked out perfect thanks Ken.

We called after hours on a holiday weekend about a problem that involved our air conditioning. We were advised to check our GFI switch, did so and the problem was resolved. Great guys excellent workmanship and Brandy in the front office is great, this is a company you should always call out for electrical needs and at least to give them a chance in the game.

We used K.O. Electric’s HVAC Division. The owner’s response time was excellent. Our issue was identified and repaired the same day. The work was efficiently completed beyond our expectations.

I had installed a GFI to replace one which I though had stopped functioning. After wiring in the new GFI I could not get it to work. I checked and rechecked what I had done to no avail. Out of frustration I Googled local electricians and I stumbled on to K.O. Electric, very happy I did. I spoke with Ken the owner, he had me check a couple of other things before dispatching a tech. I checked the things he told me to but still no luck. Within a couple of hours an electrician arrived and he checked what I had done. Everything checked out which led him to start hunting for a short. Ultimately the culprit was an extension cord which was being used to power our Christmas lights. I know at the end of the day it wasn't a huge deal but it would have taken me a month of Sunday's to isolate the problem and their tech had the issue diagnosed in a couple of minutes. Additionally their employee was a very pleasant guy and had no problem telling me what was going on. I will certainly call K.O. Electric in the future should I need electrical assistance.
